They didn't, but the gentleman working told me they were expecting some Friday. I came back today and picked up six chickens. We've never owned chickens before, and while I had done my research beforehand, I still needed some guidance. The younger gentleman who helped me was able to tell me the temperament of each breed, as well as what color eggs they'd lay and how often they'd lay. When we were ready, he boxed the chickens up for us, and then helped me pick out the best feed for them. The older gentleman who rang us up also helped carry out the feed and bedding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for any future needs!

The items range from candles to jewelry to blankets to hair clips... and it's all great curated pieces. This trip I bought a lovely pair of earrings, an incredible room spray I can't even explain the gorgeous scent of, and a little gift for my friend. Yes, the items are pricey which is simply because they are from local artists, jewelers, creators. But you are supporting LOCAL which I am all about. Say no to big box! :)

I have a very challenging vehicle to try to put a rack on. A truck with a canopy that is higher in the back than in the front. My dad had done tons of research to try to determine what type of rack would be the best for me. Having had several racks over the years, he has some parts that we could use and some parts that we need, but finding those parts and determining compatibility is the issue. My dad did tons of research online but Yamaha racks are overwhelming and confusing with all of the parts. We decided to go to Arlberg Sports and that was the best decision. I think the guy that helped us may be the owner, I am not sure. But he knew exactly the parts that we would need. He sold us only the parts that we needed, not the whole set, and then offered to order replacement parts for some of the parts my dad already had but needed fixing. When he couldn't get these discontinued parts he sold my dad some parts that he had from that discontinued stock from home. I have literally never encountered such knowledgeable retail service. This guy went way above and beyond to get me a functional system reusing parts that we already had and repurposing parts he had that weren't being used. This was my best shopping experience in years and I will shop at Arlberg when I am in Wenatchee for other sporting goods!

She ended up calling over the GM, Michele, who was able to override it (wonderful!) HOWEVER: the GM Michele treated Jess like absolute dog crap. She told Jess to stop pressing buttons when Jess was trying to explain how she wanted to go about it and Michele did not take this opportunity to train Jess, but instead belittle her in front of a paying customer. The super cash didn't even matter at this point, I was disgusted on how a GM was treating her employee. This needs to be taken care of. Felt so bad for Jess!
