We've never owned chickens before, and while I had done my research beforehand, I still needed some guidance. The younger gentleman who helped me was able to tell me the temperament of each breed, as well as what color eggs they'd lay and how often they'd lay. When we were ready, he boxed the chickens up for us, and then helped me pick out the best feed for them. The older gentleman who rang us up also helped carry out the feed and bedding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for any future needs!

That strategy hasn't worked well over the past two years with delayed shipping, lost items, etc. I'll never get back the hours spent on the hold with those various online retailers waiting for a human being to answer the phone. The end result always seemed to be that the items I had already paid for (in full) were sitting in a warehouse until some random shipping company was available to deliver them. Sound familiar? My experience with Davis Furniture was happily the opposite. I was updated on my order status, and when an issue came up with a shipment that was beyond their control, they quickly found a solution. They delivered my order to my far away address within one week of the items arriving at their store, and their delivery team was so professional! They were very careful not only with the furniture, but with the door frames, stairs, and walls. As ridiculously heavy as these items were, and as tight as the stairway corners were, they left no trace. This kind of customer service is a lost art. You know the saying ... you get what you pay for. Don't be afraid to ditch the online furniture outlets and shop here!

In fact, I was rather appalled at the treatment I received at one of the largest and well known furniture and mattress stores in East Wenatchee. On my way home I happened to see the sign for Perfect Fit and stopped in. I was greeted by Marcy and after explaining the dilemma I had with my room layout she made several valuable suggestions. No high pressure, no arm twisting, just a genuine desire to help. I left and went home to take some additional measurements. Went back the next day and purchased a box spring and mattress set along with a complete bed frame. Marcy and her husband delivered it when we needed it and made sure it was set up to our satisfaction. After looking over the layout we decided to add another piece, as well, which I bought the next business day. We got a great deal, good quality, and excellent service for our money.

I went in to use my super cash that was set to expire soon. The employee Jess would not let me use…read moreit, but if I were to order the same items online, I could use all my super cash and come in to pick it up 2 hours later. She ended up calling over the GM, Michele, who was able to override it (wonderful!) HOWEVER: the GM Michele treated Jess like absolute dog crap. She told Jess to stop pressing buttons when Jess was trying to explain how she wanted to go about it and Michele did not take this opportunity to train Jess, but instead belittle her in front of a paying customer. The super cash didn't even matter at this point, I was disgusted on how a GM was treating her employee. This needs to be taken care of. Felt so bad for Jess!
