After crazy searches online & speaking to a few companies I was most impressed with A1 Plumbing Heating & AC. I spoke with Dave. Dave was amazing. Very much willing to help. We went over a few things with my thermostat, then a few other things with the breaker & filter. I could see Dave was really trying hard to help me get it running & not just trying to get money out of me. After we tried & tried again. Looks like the unit had something internal wrong. So Dave was kind enough to send out his best technician. So 2 hours later John the service technician arrived. After a number of test, It was found that the main control board to my heater was faulty. Now look how honest John was. instead of selling me a new board, he went so far as to call the manufacturer to see if the board was still under warranty. Yes it was.
