They charged exorbitant fees. We were so shocked and disappointed that we paid unnecessary high fee. Be careful. They will estimate unreasonable when they think you don't know the market price. We will never go without having several place to estimate. --Update-- Thank you for taking time explaining what happened in detail. We are eventually happy with your service. We wish we had a time to ask few other estimates so we could understand better the fee was reasonable.
