After moving out of unit, they harassed us for leaving empty boxes but their dumpsters were locked so nothing could be discarded. Dealt with several storage facilities over the years, this place is definitely bottom feeders. If you do go there, wear water proof boots if it rains and bring salt and a shovel if it snows, their lot is horrible.

The 2 people that run this facility are absolutely amazing. Sanda is such a peach. Very easy to work with and talk to. One of the things that really stuck out for me was when I was in her office, there was another customer that came to the gate and she was punching in her code wrong. Sanda was able to see who it was, called that customer by name through the intercom, and advised she should enter it again. Knowing each customer like that adds such a personal touch. It really warms my heart. During one of my trips I noticed Alex in the front watering the garden. He stopped and waved to me, it felt like home. I will continue to recommend this storage facility to my friends, family and fellow yelpers :D
