It is no longer a pool or a motel so to mention that in reviews is crazy. i have gone to check out many units, and I could not be happier with choosing Conley. The manager has even worked with me on a late payment he didnt charge me and he is always sooooo super friendly. If you have an issue with this place.... maybe you should look internally or go to counseling. 100% more than satisfied. I didnt inititally get a lock for my unit, it is not required, but the owner noticed and called me to be sure i realized and check in, even with the cameras he wanted me to be sure my things were secure, even told me to go get a regular lock at walmart bc the ones they sell are more expensive for no reason. That is true customer service, looking out for us instead of making a little extra money.

The pins needed to hold up the shelves are missing. Isaiah told me they were in my old home office tape together in a ball. I went back there and found nothing anywhere I looked. Afraid to sleep on either bed that they reassembled. I removed the photos and changed the rating because Jerome from Moving ahead did an excellent job of correcting all our issues. I view the measure of a company not only on the original work but how they handle any issues that occur from the move. Moving Ahead Services did an excellent job correctly every issue we had. I was able to move my stuff in much later in the day, despite their normal closing time of 2 PM on Sun., which was really helpful. I was left a detailed, clear note with instructions and the location things like the restroom/carts/elevator, as well as a lock and a lease to sign and leave under the door. This was my first storage experience, and it was quite positive, despite having my U-Haul reservation from City Center changed to another location.

They have several size units to choose from. I went with the 10 X 10. Robert, the manager is friendly and thorough with the details of the rental. Also they are military friendly so it was indeed a pleasure to work with Robert. Good value, close to home location, expert service, clean and equipment available to move things into the unit.

I received notification of when the movers were on the way and when they arrived. Not a far move, but they did it all in 2 hours. My quote had 3 guys, but a 4th showed up to help unload at the new place. Very friendly and thoughtful people. As an aside- I recommend using rentacrate. The guys definitely seemed to appreciate the nice durable boxes with handles and it made everything really easy and quick. Hope I don't have to move for some time, but I would plan to use them again!

A little annoyed we got one minor ding in a wall, but over all. Didn't seem to bad. Over the weeks, we went to setup more rooms, more furniture, etc. A LOT of my furniture has new scratches and dents that I didn't notice from a quick glance. None of it catastrophic, but extremely frustrating. Despite this, they were still polite and professional. Didn't charge too much. A little more care, and it's be 5/5, perfect.
