There were no visible signs posted anywhere indicating that parking was restricted or that the lot was private. Rather than communicating like reasonable people, they chose to involve law enforcement over something that could have easily been clarified in a calm and respectful way. It felt unnecessary, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I am doing all forth possible to get this further my poor dad was nearly detained and my grandfather stayed standing . What a disappointment this business treats people. The he had the audacity to record my father . I know it's your business but stay grounded. Disheartening and disgusting. If you're going to enforce strict parking rules, the least you can do is clearly post signage so people are aware. Calling the police without proper notice or communication reflects very poorly on how this business treats the community. I would not recommend supporting a place that handles situations this poorly

I spent over 4 THOUSAND dollars at this nursery, over the course of two days. I told both employees who helped me that I knew a general idea of what I wanted, but I didnt know enough to be trusted to pick things that would work on my property. I told them that I live in a cove, where we can experience wind as high as 50mph regularly, I told them I was looking for something that was drought tolerant, could handle full direct sunlight, and could brace and survive against high winds. I also provided other small details about my property, and the the purpose the plants would serve. I purchased the recommendations of the staff there and several weeks later, every single plant is dead. I asked how to care for the plants and I watered them as instructed. I called and talked to Lance, and he told me that it was my fault. He told me that the employees have inadequate knowledge and I should habe relied on my own research. He blamed the wind and heat, and told me I must not have watered them properly, even though I watered using instructions provided by staff on site. He told me that the plants they sell are suited for the local climate, even though not one plant or tree purchased from this surgery survived. I do not recommend shopping at this establishment. If you need plants or trees, purchase them at The Home Depot. They have a one year warranty on plants; a warranty Ive never had to use for plants purchased there. The staff at Oak Hills Nursery should not be making professional recommendations to customers, and should be making their lack of knowledge known to customers to establish reasonable expectations; however they failed to so this and it cost me 4k.

After the disappointment of not hearing from the other businesses, I hesitated to believe that someone from Fast Trac Tractor Service would actually show up for a quote. I was beginning to feel that those who said they were going to show up saw my house and were not up for the challenge. And then I exchanged a few txt messages with jthe owner, Brian, shared pictures of the property, had a phone call and he came out to my property to give me a fair quote. Let me tell you, I respect the professionalism of this guy. I was informed of my options, discussed the itemized costs of services, and discussed what the tractor can and cannot do (I am city girl so I don't know about tractors). The next thing I know, my house is amazing and does not look neglected. And, the goat heads are gone, for now, so I can finally have my dog over for a playdate! I had to work the day of my appointment, but I returned to see one of the workers, Dan (who I think is detail oriented with that tractor), cleaning up the remaining details of the job. I will keep Fast Trac Tractor Service in my contacts and highly recommend this business for your weed abatement and hauling needs.
