I'm extremely disappointed with how this business handled a simple situation. My dad parked in…read moretheir lot briefly, and instead of addressing it respectfully, they immediately escalated things by calling the police and accusing him of trespassing. There were no visible signs posted anywhere indicating that parking was restricted or that the lot was private. Rather than communicating like reasonable people, they chose to involve law enforcement over something that could have easily been clarified in a calm and respectful way. It felt unnecessary, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I am doing all forth possible to get this further my poor dad was nearly detained and my grandfather stayed standing . What a disappointment this business treats people. The he had the audacity to record my father . I know it's your business but stay grounded. Disheartening and disgusting. If you're going to enforce strict parking rules, the least you can do is clearly post signage so people are aware. Calling the police without proper notice or communication reflects very poorly on how this business treats the community. I would not recommend supporting a place that handles situations this poorly

We do not recommend this company. They do not stand by their customers. They came to install a…read morechimney on our metal roof. When they installed it, they dragged the metal parts up our metal roof and scratched it. They also almost fell off our roof and dented and scratched more panels. They damaged 12 panels and refused to replace them or come to our home and see the damages. We have emailed Spencer Lowes, the CEO, and he feels since he can't see all the damage in pictures that, there is none. We have invited him and his team to our home with our roofer to see it firsthand and have had no response. They don't give their guys the correct safety equipment and training. **DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY**

After the disappointment of not hearing from the other businesses, I hesitated to believe that someone from Fast Trac Tractor Service would actually show up for a quote. I was beginning to feel that those who said they were going to show up saw my house and were not up for the challenge. And then I exchanged a few txt messages with jthe owner, Brian, shared pictures of the property, had a phone call and he came out to my property to give me a fair quote. Let me tell you, I respect the professionalism of this guy. I was informed of my options, discussed the itemized costs of services, and discussed what the tractor can and cannot do (I am city girl so I don't know about tractors). The next thing I know, my house is amazing and does not look neglected. And, the goat heads are gone, for now, so I can finally have my dog over for a playdate! I had to work the day of my appointment, but I returned to see one of the workers, Dan (who I think is detail oriented with that tractor), cleaning up the remaining details of the job. I will keep Fast Trac Tractor Service in my contacts and highly recommend this business for your weed abatement and hauling needs.
