Absolutely terrible experience. This place is completely unreliable, and their customer service is…read morebeyond unacceptable. We purchased 20 ft metal studs, and their employee gave our contractor the wrong size (18 ft). This wasn't a small mistake--it directly impacted our job site, caused delays, and wasted labor. Any competent business would immediately take full responsibility and fix the issue. Instead, we had to chase them down. After contacting Marta (receptionist) and Anet (manager), they told us to bring the materials back for verification--wasting even more time and effort on our end. Once we did that, they admitted it was THEIR mistake and even apologized... but then refused to fully make it right. They only agreed to exchange or reimburse 5 pieces and refused to take responsibility for the remaining 15 pieces that THEY incorrectly provided. That's not just poor service--that's completely unethical. They expect the customer to absorb the cost of their own error. This kind of behavior shows a total lack of accountability and professionalism. It honestly feels like they just don't care once the transaction is done. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If you absolutely have to come here, inspect every single item before leaving, because once you walk out, they will not stand behind anything they sell--even when the mistake is 100% theirs. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

I've called and left a voicemail for a situation that happened a few weeks ago and very…read moredisappointed that I haven't received a phone call back. A driver was on HWY 18, going around 75 mph. With the tank spinning, chunks of cement were flying at my car, I slowed down as much as I could seeing there was a line of cars behind me.. I honked. And the man still kept up speed.. now my car has damages from all the rocks that flew out of your cement truck! I have photos of the driver and truck. I think he needs to be spoken to about safe driving. And I want my car fixed from the damage your company caused... I'm more upset that I explained what happened to the receptionist and she sounds upset as I was.. transferred me to a woman's voicemail and I haven't heard back. It's so unprofessional and honestly BULLSHIT.
