Three days after pressure-washing the house, they started prep work, taping the windows & around fixtures, removing the downspouts, scraping off old caulking, etc. The following day painting began. Due to some rain, the job was completed 1 day later than estimated, but they did what they could. The job took 1/2 day for pressure washing and 5 days to prep and paint. The crew was great, arriving early or on time each day and really working hard making sure they did everything properly. They even put back big potted plants that had to be moved, which I really appreciated. Jorge came by the work site each day to make sure things were going smoothly and answer any questions I had. Jorge, from A and I's, answered my request for bid and came out to scope the job the next day. He identified an issue that others had missed, which was necessary and would require the entire bedroom to be painted. This gained my trust and he promised he'd find a way to work me into their busy schedule. He did that and more. He prepped the room himself to reduce the time that the painters needed to fit into their schedule. The painting was done days later and it is flawless.
