He is super knowledgeable and has ideas for things that would've never even occurred to me. The product itself is awesome and looks amazing. We've had them do very simple supply closets to a front entrance bench/cabinet that was literally the first thing visitors would see, and it was just beautiful. Raul, who does the installation, is accurate and exacting. He takes great care to make things look clean and professional. I can't say enough good things!

I had Elfa in installed in the primary closet many years before this, but for both form and function, these closets were easier to adjust and looked nicer in my opinion. The price point was also so solid, no premium pricing for a brand name. Almost 8 years later, my condo flooded and the units were damaged. Philip provided a prompt estimate to replace the damaged parts and the work was completed quickly and is like new again! I appreciate his kindness and the way he was able to offer a solution without completely charging for a full closet replacement. Truly, my only regret is not having him do the closets in my new condo, but the builder was using another company and it definitely ended up costing me more for a similar product-- with less ability to move shelves/hanging rods around after install.

He ended up having to disassemble it piece by piece. He & his coworker were efficient, polite & tidy. I highly recommend him.

I let Patrick know what we were looking for, and he offered great suggestions for how to achieve the desired finish, color, and durability at a lower cost than if we'd gone with my original idea. Patrick's communication was fantastic throughout the process, and his crew were efficient and considerate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area who needs hardwood floors refinished.

We weren't able to be there during the entire process, so he graciously made several videos and sent many photos to make sure I understood everything and saw everything that was going on with my own eyes. And by the way, he refinished our floors to look better than brand new. I didn't even realize the extent to which they were beat up until we saw the wood reach its true potential! He also is just great to talk to because he provides input when you ask for it, rather than some contractors who will just do what you ask them to without providing any sort of opinion on whether it may be a terrible idea. The pricing for refinishing our hardwood floors and staircase was also reasonable after comparing with a few others in the area. Patrick and his team also did a very good job of keeping everything clean and going the extra mile when they could, for example sanding down some wood stoppers nearby that I hadn't even initially requested but made all the difference. Thank you for all your hard work, Patrick! Looking forward to calling you up again once we're ready to re-do our second floor!

We had old red oak floors that needed to be stained, another area with maple floors that needed to match the red oak stain, a room that required full wood replacement, a complicated subfloor/leveling situation, full base board replacement throughout the house, and he absolutely delivered! From start to finish, he brought me along through every step, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt completely informed throughout the project. Also, maple is famously a very complicated wood to stain and they are breathtaking! Completely even finish that has completely elevated my house.
