This is not a comment on their quality since they refused to work with us, but this should be noted on their website and advertising. Apparently, they have a minimum number of closets they will do. I needed a build for a 4-foot wide pantry, and they told me they will not do such a small project. After buying a new condo, we were extremely excited to move in and unpack. Unfortunately, the closets were not as big as we would have liked - so we were a bit worried about the unpacking part. We called a few companies to see if we could get quotes and designs and Lonny with Everything Closets was far and above the best. He went above and beyond to meet with us and work with us on coming to the condo to do measurements before we moved in and even had keys. He was early to meet us, quick to provide designs and prompt with returning calls and emails. After the initial design and proposal he even worked with us on tweaking the designs and was quick to respond with new drawings and thoughts. I hired Lonny to create a master closet and redo several others throughout my house about 8 years ago. We had remodeled a lot of the house and therefore I dealt with many different contractors, floor companies, electricians, etc. NOT one of them came close to Lonny in terms of professionalism, timeliness and pricing. He is honest and doesn't push you into buying things you don't need. In fact, he was always very conscious of my budget and tried to save me money in spite of my extravagant taste. I met with Lonny at the end of January to discuss installing organized closets in 5 closets in our house (three walk-in closets and two regular closets). Lonny was great from start to finish and even after the job was completed. We met with three closet companies and decided to use Lonny for the following reasons: 1. He has received numerous great reviews on angle's list and I was referred to him by various friends 2. Of the three companies I met with, Lonny was the least "sales-y". I felt that he was genuinely honest with his products, his experience, his competitors and most importantly, he wanted to ensure I was choosing his company for the right reasons. The sales reps from the other two companies were knowledgable on their products but you could tell they would say anything to essential get the sale. I did not feel this way with Lonny at all. 3. Lonny is the owner of his company and I dealt directly with him, not a sales representative. He was and is always responsive. He would return my calls and or emails within hours. In addition, Lonny has hands-on experience in manufacturing and installing closets whereas I only with with the sales representatives of the other companies I met with. 4. His prices are quite reasonable and his products are great. 5. Lonny is extremely patient. I pay very close attention to detail and I am pretty anal. Therefore I asked a ton of questions as I wanted to ensure we were getting the best use of our closets. Lonny never showed any frustration and even encouraged that I come to the show room to see various products in person since I do pay such close attention to the details. His insights as to closets design and product finishes were extremely helpful. I could tell he truly knew what he was talking about. He kept me well informed of the project status which was on par with what he had anticipated in terms of timing, etc. He also came to the house during the installation to ensure everything was being done to his standards. The installation of the closets took 3 days and his installers, Sean and Garrett, were very professional, clean and kind. During the last day of the install, I decided I didn't like something in my daughter's closet and Lonny was happy to change it. I should note that what I didn't like was a change that I made that went against what Lonny had originally proposed. Sure enough, I should have listened to him. Anyhow, he didn't have an "I told you so attitude" at all. This change meant he had to send back one of his installers after the install was complete and he didn't charge me for it. Lonny checked in with me a week or so after completion to make sure we were happy with everything, which I thought was great. I actually had a small issue with the lock to my jewelry drawer and Lonny sent Garrett over to fix it right away and checked in again to make sure all was good. My experience with Lonny, Sean and Garrett was great. I would strongly recommend Everything Closets to anyone who is looking to install organized closets in their house. Moving into an older house with very limited closet space I wanted a closet unit installed across one entire wall in my master bedroom, two large units on each side and a window seat with drawers under the window in the middle. So glad I found Lonny at Everything Closets! He's is a dream to work with. He was the only contractor that I spoke with that gave me the option of using NAUF materials. I had a general idea what I was hoping for and he improved upon it immensely. Lonny really does make the absolute most of a space, has a amazing eye for design and great attention to detail. I love my super deep drawers that are almost as deep as my closet hanging areas (24"). The other companies I got estimates from were far less custom and had to use stock sizes for drawers, etc. Since my unit is not inside a closet, but an exposed wall unit it really had to look perfect and match the room. It does and I love it! The crew that installed were fantastic and Lonny came by after the install to check everything. I couldn't have asked for more, my closet is perfection.
