I spent 5 hours total with Jessica, got rid of two black garbage bags full of paper, and now I have a new filing system free of old stuff. A few points: 1. I'm a perfectionist, so working with Jessica enabled me to feel less overwhelmed by the task and the need to have it completed TODAY. 2. Jessica did not push me to spend more time than I was able given my health. 3. It's as if Jessica gave me the okay to have a memory box that wasn't organized. She said to just throw the things in the box, so that's what I did. And, she's right.
