Good communication is essential and Jonathan did do that. Once he arrived , he was very pleasant. Jonathan was extremely hard-working. The excellent results were worth the wait. He had my son's name along with mine on the statement. Modesto-The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. Very nice guy. We needed to have two bedrooms shampooed and a sectional cleaned. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

The cleaners arrived and seemed friendly. The cleaners charge a very high price of $75 per hour per cleaner. I was expecting good to great results at that price point. The cleaners were in and out in just 80 minutes. They missed most of the surfaces, they were skipping entire floor areas, they did a poor job in the shower. They don't even mop under the dining table. When I called for payment they said it's $300 minimum. When I told them about the poor cleaning they decided to only charge for the 80 minutes. They did offer for the cleaners to come back but the lack of care and attention didn't inspire confidence, and I would have to follow them around. I've had my house cleaned by several companies and this was the worse cleaning I've had, albeit they were friendly. The average time to clean the house is 7-8 man hours, so 80 minutes each was a joke. I would not recommend or hire again

Every time I walk on my carpet I literally thank God for Pete and ASAP. While they were cleaning, I walked around their van and noticed how clean it was, inside and out. I requested for an estimate for carpet and upholstery cleaning because I recently got a dog and he marked the family room. I initially got a quote for the family room, bedroom plus a set of couches for $200. Seemed reasonable. Once they got here. I asked them if they could add the stairs and hallway, they said no problem. I marked all the spots that needed to be treated since they are not visible (it's just urine). When I asked for the total they told me it was going to be $400 for everything. I asked for a breakdown since it went up $200 more since the original estimate and the tech was not able to give me a breakdown. I called their number and talked to the owner who did not give me a breakdown but told me that since he wasn't here he had to rely on his tech for the price. So breakdown was every provided. The tech didn't wear any show covers or left any instructions as to when to place the furniture back. The next day I check with the blacklight and the stains were still there! Moreover, the urine smell was not gone either. I called them twice before before they answer my calls. I was told that they could come back again but they will have to charge again $100 for their time. I asked them if they come back again will they guarantee that the stain will be gone. They said NO. They told me that maybe the stains are too old and have already gone into the pad (not true, I have had the dog for two weeks) So in total I would have to pay $500 to clean half of my house with no guarantee that it will be clean. I told them no thanks. I went ahead and hired someone else that can guarantee their job.
