But tipping when service wasn't up to par and saying your staff only survive on tips is a bit rude. Asking if the service was good is a moot point if the customer didn't tip. Why would someone tip and encourage uneven nails, applying the polish and allowing it to bubble, etc... if they were new and needing to be trained, it would be best to let the customer know. But that wasn't the case I assume, just a bad job and rushing through the clients.

They have a scrubbing system that made my feet renewed to when I was born. Endless color options of gel color and polish. And they actually remove the polish the way you are supposed to so no nail damage- my nails are stronger than when I came in.
