I understand that in some cases they may not be able to remove the callus, but I would have appreciated an explanation prior to service. The pedicure costs 30 dollars and they just washed my feet put lotion on and painted my nails.

These two sisters are amazing and they do fantastic work!!! my gel nails last a long time between fills, because sometimes with my work schedule I just can't get in to get them done, when my appointment time is due. Both ladies are creative with designs and color pairing ideas. I have also gotten great pedicures with gel colour because its summer and I don't like my polish to chip. I ended up getting an infection. I reached out to the owner who refunded me for the service. I decided to give them another try because everyone has an off day and the owner did a great job solving my concerns. I took my daughter to get a full acrylic set for her graduation ceremony- she had been asking for nails for several years and this was her first time getting them. They came out lovely. I paid $180 for the service and tip with Jamie. We went to have them removed 3 weeks later because she wanted a break for the summer. I booked a $30 nail enhancement removal with Helen. I sat at the entrance and watched as she first sanded down the top layer. I assumed next would be the foil acetone soak as is standard and what I told my daughter to expect. Instead of foils, Helen proceeded to very quickly and aggressively sand down the entire nail on all of my daughter's fingers. She nicked her skin in several places, and it bled. I am now in recovery mode trying to heal my daughter's nails, prevent infection and ease her pain. Several nails are completely sanded to the internal nail bed. Shame on this salon. Avoid at all costs.

They did really well with COVID-19 procedure wearing mask and gloves, checking temperatures at the door as well, and making sure hands were washed before starting on the manicures and pedicures. My daughter is only 10 years old so I usually pay child prices for her they didn't look at her as a child and charge $50 just for a manicure and pedicure which I thought was overpriced for a 10-year-old child. I did see a sign saying that they had to unfortunately raise their prices due to Product price being raised. Other than that, they did an OK job and got us in and out in a timely manner. I had no other complaints other than the high price for a child which caught me off guard and I wasn't expecting so I didn't let her get the extra stuff that I normally would.

A major pro is that a gel manicure is $25 which is a great price for the area. Also, they do a decent job for simple gel manicures. However, I become disappointed at the quality and longevity of their polishes. From decent places, I can actually push my my gel mani to about 3 weeks! But here, my max is probably 2 weeks. Also, I'm pretty certain that they don't clean their tools which is unsettling. I just got my manicure yesterday and was promoted to write this review because some of my nails formed air pockets! So upset because I am going away and needed flawless nails! Overall, may come here in a pinch but would prefer to spend the extra $5 at another salon for perfect nails.
