I am a passionate person and came off fairly abrasive because I expected to be ripped off or to haggle. But there really was no need. He was kind, calm, cool and just had a sense of authenticity about him. He was very calm and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I didn't really have to negotiate or bargain with him. He was able to really sell me a great car for an amazing price without the extra stress that you can expect at all the other car dealerships. This is where you go to buy a car, don't waste your time with other places because what ends up happening is other places will waste your time, waste your money and sell you sometimes not the best car. I found this dealership to be completely transparent in everything that they told me about this car. There was a fuel tank issue that involved the fuel tank indicator not being accurate. They told me about this and was told that it might take a week to get the part in. They did get it in and fixed the issue. This car is a gem! I just love it so much. Sam, Luis and Hector were the absolute best! They worked with me on the financing and even put brand new tires on her. She runs great! No issues. Sam was up front about everything i had asked about the 2017 Cadillac ATS Luxury I went to see. Nobody came to greet me so after five minutes I got out of my car and I walked around and I still couldn't find a single person to help me. Finally a nice lady walked by and said she does not work in service but she'd be happy to send someone over. I waited five more minutes and finally some grumpy guy walked over and didn't even say hi to me. All he said was are you here to drop your car off or pick up? I got the feeling like I was there wasting his time. He asked me a few questions -looked at my information. I brought out a coupon which he told me he doesn't need that he'll give me a better deal. And then I left. 2 hours went by and I didn't hear from anybody. No text no call -nothing I finally returned to the service area and still nobody was in there and I saw someone driving my car parking it and I asked him if my car was done and he said yes so I went to the cashier who was also very grumpy and said hey nobody called me about my car. I got No video, no text, no phone call and I asked is my car ready She finally found my information and she was able to process my payment and there was no coupon applied so I overpaid for rotten service. I still have yet to see a video of the work done. I will never go back to this location. FYI, Mullers you need to take a lesson from the Morton Grove store. They are way ahead of you on customer service.

I can't say I'm fully satisfied with my purchase or customer service…read more 2/3 phone calls made to inquire about the car were met with "meh, take it or leave it" energy. When I ended up deciding to purchase, my sales rep was cool and he did loan me a vehicle to pick up the check from my credit union, so that was nice, but I feel that was closer tied to closing the deal vs courtesy. As far as the vehicle I purchased goes, I had to bring the car back due to the battery being faulty and the car not starting multiple times. The manager seemed a bit irritated and felt as if he was rushing to get me back out the door once they replaced it. The vehicle also has a headlamp issue where the assembly needs to be replaced. I thought the issue was connected to the battery but apparently it wasn't. Called the manager and he kind of made it seem like I should be glad they even took care of the battery "for free", and couldn't do anything about it "other than look at it for free" since it's not connected to the power train. Buying used cars is always a gamble, but I kind of feel like at the price point I purchased at, I shouldn't have these issues. It'd also be appreciated to have a more considerate post purchase experience regarding the functionality of what they sell vs the indifference.

Car shopping is not always fun.  Seeing what has changed, all the new offerings and technology are…read morethe highlight.  Negotiating and haggling over money is not.  My most recent experience with Mo at Patrick Volvo involved nothing but the good parts of the car-buying experience.  After reaching out to Patrick Volvo I was connected with Mo, who was helpful, attentive, and professional.  We emailed back and forth and spoke over the phone a few times.  We were able to come to a deal that blew all of the other dealerships I'd been talking to out of the water (I mean thousands of dollars)!  The day I arrived to pick up my new Volvo XC60 Recharge, he had it up front and ready to go.  We spent about 2 hours at the dealership which was a breeze compared to our other car-buying experiences.  We were even able to hammer out some last-minute changes to the numbers thanks to Mo and Justin.  I can't say enough just how wonderful this car-buying experience was.  This is our third XC60 and this is the only time we have walked out of the dealership not questioning whether we did the right thing and wondering if they got over on us.  Everything was fair, transparent, and most of all the math was mathing!  We have been loyal Volvo customers because we love our car. Now we are loyal Patrick customers thanks to Mo and Justin!

After finding duct tape hanging from my suv, I discovered a large part under the car behind driver's side wheel was covered in duct tape. I notified Tola and he forwarded info to Used Car Manager, who has never called me back to resolve. I took it to a third party mechanic who removed the duct tape, inspected and installed two clips to secure part properly. They either didn't inspect the suv before putting it up for sale or they did and they put the duct tape on the undercarriage cover. Either way it undermines my confidence in my purchase. If you can, get your car inspected before purchasing from them.

Let me tell you things have changed! We were warmly greeted when we came in. We were treated very well by the salesman, Mike. He made us a very good offer on a new 2025 Lexus 350 ES and basically gave us a two for one price for interior and interior and exterior protection. The finance manager gave us a nice discount on the extended warranty as well. Maintenance is free for the first year too. The facility is spacious, bright and airy and offers compliant snacks and beverages while you are waiting. I've been there a few times since purchasing for the first maintenance visit and compliant car washed and have been treated very well. I recommend this dealership.
