It was a very hot day and I have a chronic illness. Walking around helping them look for a car is ridiculous. Lastly, the car we drove 40+ minutes to see didn't have a working air conditioner. Beautiful car and all I can think about is getting out of it ASAP. What if we were considering that car in the winter? We would've be stuck with a car that needed is a/c repaired. No thanks. Side note- none of the cars we looked at were clean. Some had trash and debris in them. Others had a unpleasant odor. But if these things don't bother you, know that their prices are very reasonable

A lot of their cars are in rough condition but after walking around for a while, we found a clean one we wanted to buy. It was after hours so not all banks were still open. We were told buy the manager, the other banks open in the morning and we can get better rates. He said "I've been doing this a long time so I know we'll get better rates tomorrow". The next morning they called and said sorry a co-signer is needed or a larger down payment...I said thats not what you said last night after running my nephews credit AND their website in capital letters reads, "NO CREDIT, BAD CREDIT, COLLECTIONS, MATRICULA, CASH PAYING JOBS, PREVIOUS BANKRUPTCY, REPOSSESSION, FIRST TIME BUYERS? NO PROBLEM!" So the manager is full of crap and doesn't know what he's talking about and also their website is false advertising. It isn't true. My nephew has good credit. It came back in the 700's but now they say he needs more credit and a larger down payment. That is NOT what they told at any point and that is NOT what their website reads. They're full of shit. Not a good dealership at all.

Derek gave me a fair deal for my beloved BMW, but more importantly, at 9 months pregnant, made the process very easy and efficient. I was looking for a very specific replacement vehicle, but if I was aware of this place sooner, I bet they could have found it for me and I would have happily done both sides of the transaction with them. They have really nice cars on site, and a great business model. Highly recommend whether you are buying or selling a quality vehicle.

Made me feel as if I was buying from a friend and I appreciated the fact that he was down to earth and friendly. I bought a Land Rover, which I know have been known to have computer problems. He assured me that he knew the owner and that the car had been taken care of. When I pulled the car fax it confirmed that the car had been only serviced at the Land Rover Dealership. He recommended a company to give me a warranty and had them call me to even set it up. I'm appreciative and would definitely recommend Auto Warehouse to anyone looking for a great used car

I purchased a 2021 Audi Q5 from this dealership based on the advertised features and condition of…read morethe vehicle, specifically including Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation/online functionality, and a properly functioning Audi MMI system. Shortly after purchase, I discovered the vehicle has significant electronic and infotainment issues that were either undisclosed or not properly inspected before sale. Issues identified include: * Apple CarPlay does not work at all * Bluetooth/device pairing is nonfunctional or unreliable * Navigation and online services cannot connect * SiriusXM song/title display continuously blinks on and off * The MMI system repeatedly displays "No data connection could be established" errors * The vehicle appears unable to properly establish network/service connectivity * System resets/factory resets fail with "The system could not reset" errors * The vehicle still appears tied to a previous user account ("Amy Forster has remote access rights"), indicating the system may not have been properly cleared/reset before sale * Multiple warning/error messages appear relating to online services and connectivity * Audi dealership evaluation indicated missing hardware/components related to connectivity/MMI functionality I specifically took the vehicle to Audi for evaluation because the dealership initially suggested the issue was minor and "probably just a switch." Audi advised that the system appears to be missing required components/chips necessary for proper connectivity functionality and estimated repairs could exceed several thousand dollars. When I contacted the dealership and asked to speak with a manager, the situation was downplayed despite the seriousness and extent of the issues. I was then scheduled for an appointment at Addison Auto Clinic on Tuesday at 8:30 AM -- notably after the dealership's stated 10-day warranty/guarantee period. This timing is extremely concerning and gives the appearance of intentionally delaying inspection until after the limited guarantee expires. Additionally, I was never offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase, despite the dealership now suggesting these costly electronic failures are my responsibility. Had these issues been disclosed beforehand, or had I been informed that major components may be missing or malfunctioning, I would not have proceeded with the purchase under these terms. This vehicle was advertised and sold with features that are currently unusable. The system also should have been fully cleared/reset prior to resale. The fact that another individual still appears associated with remote access rights raises further concerns regarding the dealership's inspection, preparation, and disclosure practices. At this point, I am requesting: * Immediate resolution and repair at the dealership's expense OR * Reimbursement/compensation for necessary repairs OR * An appropriate remedy under consumer protection laws for a materially misrepresented vehicle sale I have documented the issues with photos/videos showing: * Connectivity failures * Failed system reset attempts * Warning/error messages * Nonfunctional online services * Prior account still linked to vehicle * Ongoing infotainment malfunctioning Selling a vehicle advertised with features that are unusable or potentially missing required hardware is misleading and unacceptable. I am preserving all documentation for submission to consumer protection agencies, BBB, Yelp/Google reviews, and any further legal or regulatory action if necessary.

The invoice shows no note of inspecting the belt, tensioner, or pulleys, despite the technician working directly next to them. 21 miles after I picked the car up, the serpentine belt snapped while I was driving. The roadside mechanic who helped me confirmed the tensioner was already seized before he touched anything -- he had to force it just to get a temporary belt on. I had the belt, tensioner, and pulleys properly replaced at another shop for $1,812.45. I brought this timeline to Barnaba, including in a conference call with owners Ron and Chris Barnaba and service advisor Matt Richardson. They denied any responsibility and didn't offer an explanation for why a part sitting right next to the area they'd just worked on wasn't checked, despite having direct access to it during the repair. I'm not claiming certainty about root cause -- I can't prove it. What I can say: they had hands-on access to the failed components during a recent repair and documented no inspection of them. If you're considering this shop for anything, I'd ask exactly what they inspect and document when they're already in that area of the engine.

When I ended up deciding to purchase, my sales rep was cool and he did loan me a vehicle to pick up the check from my credit union, so that was nice, but I feel that was closer tied to closing the deal vs courtesy. As far as the vehicle I purchased goes, I had to bring the car back due to the battery being faulty and the car not starting multiple times. The manager seemed a bit irritated and felt as if he was rushing to get me back out the door once they replaced it. The vehicle also has a headlamp issue where the assembly needs to be replaced. I thought the issue was connected to the battery but apparently it wasn't. Called the manager and he kind of made it seem like I should be glad they even took care of the battery "for free", and couldn't do anything about it "other than look at it for free" since it's not connected to the power train. Buying used cars is always a gamble, but I kind of feel like at the price point I purchased at, I shouldn't have these issues. It'd also be appreciated to have a more considerate post purchase experience regarding the functionality of what they sell vs the indifference.
