We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.

I had already made 3 prior calls to other technicians and Mark was the only one that gave me what it would cost to repair my dryer. Others wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee and then if I decided to go with them, they would reduce the diagnostic fee. But after I explained to Mark what my dryer was doing, he told me exactly what it could be and how much it would cost. Mark did not cover the area I live at, but he was willing to come by me and repair my dryer. Mark used to be a technician at Sears, so I felt very comfortable with him because I had purchased my Electrolux machines from Sears in 2010. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. It took time to take my dryer apart to get to where the ignitor was. He replaced it with a new one and assembled everything back the way it was. He even gave me a Veteran's discount, which I was very pleased. Mark's price was very reasonable, but most importantly, he did a great job and repaired my dryer on the spot. I received calls and texts from 4 different numbers to receive prepayment of the service fee and paid it 2 hours before. An hour later I received a text from one number that the technician was sick and another that said he had car problems. Tech shows a different day, no uniform, no company car. Didn't speak English and was on FaceTime the entire time with someone that was looking at the washing machine. Get a quote to fix an 18 month old washing machine that was $300 and pay it. Was told part took 2 days and they would come fix it. Two days later I check in and they tell me two more days. A week goes by and they tell me they can't fix it for over another week. I told them I paid them for the parts and couldn't they send another tech out. It's been 3 weeks and still washing machine not fixed. What a waste of time!
