I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

The tech came out and tried to fix the old dryer, but it was unfixable. So he proceeded to install the new one (I had two dryers sitting as a result of the fiasco). New furnace, a/c and humidifier. Ouch! Called Franzen and from the time they inspected our old system to ordering our new equipment and getting us in for install, it was just a little over a week. Amazing turn around time and service! Very fair pricing too. Tony worked with our budget and have us a few different options. He explained the various levels of furnace efficiency and helped us choose the right equipment for our house. We ended up going with the most efficient unit and he explained the additional vent pipe that this would require that was included in the installation process. Jason and Trevor completed the install. They were so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to talk to my kids and keep an eye on our dog while I took the kids out. We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.
