DuAll heating is AMAZING!!! my heat went out at 6pm on a cold winter night. I called DuAll. They answered my call immediately and sent out a crew mamber (Kat) within an hour or so. Kat was very prompt and came within the first few minutes of the time window I was given. Kat was very professional and knowledgable about repairing my furnace. She was able to get it up and running in about an hour. She fixed the promblem so promptly that my house didn't even get that cold with no heat. (A bird had gotten stuck behind my inducer motor/wheel compartment) The next morning, I woke up without heat again. But, I had no worries. I called DuAll again. They sent out a crew mwmber at their earliest time around noon. It was Kat again. She was very prompt and came within the first few minutes of the 2 hour time window I was given. SInce she had been there the night before, she did not charge me another service call fee. And, since she had worked on my heat the previous evening, she came prepared with possible solutions and was able to fix my heat again, within an hour or so of her visit. She explained to me exactly what she did and why she did it. She had to replace the inducer motor since the bird had gotten in there the night before and it had burned out overnight. Kat replaced it with a quieter model and it runs beautifully. My house is warm, comfortable and quiet. I will definitely be calling DuAll for all my heating/cooling needs and referring them to my friends/family. DuAll (Kat) is friendly, reliable, honest, caring and hard working. read more

When my previous furnace was inspected by another company, they recommended I get a new furnace, as well as A/C. Being a new homeowner for the very first time, I was expecting it to be naturally expensive, but after receiving their estimate, I was more than alarmed at the steep price! They told me it would be 2 days' installation (2 days I would take off work). When my coworker friend found out the price, she said "That is WAY too much!" and she immediately recommended DuAll Heating and Cooling, a mom and pop operation that she and her husband used for their home in Plainfield. They kept raving about Larry and his staff. When Larry came to inspect, his estimate was MUCH less (close to $2,000 less), and he and his crew installed both the furnace and A/C within one day! The furnace is working great, and I really felt like I was in good hands. Larry and his crew were professional and he was always available to answer any questions I had. This was a great experience. After dealing with Leslie a year ago, for an almost $200 for A/C service call that included attempts to up-sale us for a monthly service plan and charge us to replace obscure parts and having Four Seasons cancel our appointment because they had more pressing emergencies, DuAll came through for us in a big way. We are well aware of what service should cost in our area and they were spot on, even on the lower side of what we were expecting to pay, probably because we had a coupon. Their serviceman, Larry Jr., was professional, courteous and thorough. Everything worked as it should, especially for an A/C unit that's only a few years old and there were no discussions of unnecessary work or trying to sell us anything we didn't need. We were pleased with the service and appreciated the fact that they made us feel that we were their most important customers for the day we were scheduled and would do their best for us. Larry and his team did a remarkable job for my Mom's house last week. Due to their busy schedule, they were originally going to come at the end of June to replace the furnace and air conditioning in the house. They were going to re-fill the old air conditioner with Freon as a temporary fix due to the problems. At that time, it was noticed the company who replaced her siding cause damage to the pipe and the Freon leaked immediately. They quickly found time a few days later to come and replace the unit. They were very friendly, professional and quickly replaced the entire system. My furnace went out on the first really cold day of winter. I did some research and decided to call Duall because they were a local, family-owned business. I was given a window of 11 to 1, but the technician actually came before 11 AND I got a call from Duall before that letting me know he would be able to get there early. He came in, went right to work, replaced the defective part, cleaned the furnace and was on his way within an hour. The cost was extremely reasonable and the technician was extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and, though I hope I don't ever have to call them again with an emergency, I would call them in a heartbeat for any heating or cooling problem. read more

I came home on a Thursday night before an upcoming record-setting heatwave weekend to find my air conditioning not working. I had used DuAll several years ago for an issue with my furnace and was very happy with the service, so I called them first. To my surprise I was told someone could come out that night. Francisco arrived about an hour later, found the problem, had the part and fixed it in no time. He was very polite, professional and thorough. I've used DuAll to service and replace my furnace and a/c over the years. I had a problem with my water heater and didn't know DuAll provided that service so had another company come out and quote me next day install for $1200.
