First off, my wife went to most of the appointments for two of my babies. For my newborn, the…read moredoctor that went on maternity leave told that our babies eye was fine and not to worry. We went to two specialist from CHOC and they determined that he would need surgery right away. Yes, the doctor here was nice and professional but to say that everything was ok, was far from the truth. Second, though we may not be responsible for paying all the fees, they add bogus fees for surveys and they hide the truth on the reasons for an appointment. There is just too much to share in why they should not be practicing. They will schedule an appointment and change the reasoning of the appointment without you knowing. It seems like they do not have a history of conversations having with my wife. Third, they will not allow a second parent or our eldest baby to be in the building. I want to know what is going on and ask questions but they just don't allow that. I want to be a part of this experience but they won't allow two parents. Please be aware of their business practice. Not everything is transparent and it seems more of a business practice instead of a medical practice. I will be contacting all organizations to make sure this clinic is flagged for improper practice.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Lee has the worst bedside manner. She called my 6 yr old…read morechubby to her face and told her to go on a diet. My daughter plays sports and is very active. She is tall for her age and you could tell by looking at her she's athletic. And in the case that she was overweight there is ways to tell the parent without the child being ridiculed. Also, if you are part of LGBT don't come here. She is not friendly and won't keep her comments to herself. She can have her opion but don't make remarks in front of my daughter about "why is there 2 moms? I don't understand. There should be 1 only." Oh you guys are married and both claim to be mom?" " oh this is too much" I am mad at myself for not walking out, worst experience ever.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience regarding prescription management at this office…read more I was down to my last two Lexapro pills when I checked my CVS app and saw that CVS had attempted to contact my provider three times without a response. I called the office on Friday to request my refill and was told it would be filled Monday since I had enough medication to get through the weekend. However, the prescription was not sent until Monday night, causing me to miss a dose. By Tuesday, I was experiencing brain fog, dizziness, and brain zaps. When I checked the prescription status, I discovered that my provider, Carlos Guerrero, had sent my prescription to Walgreens instead of CVS, despite me having clearly provided the correct pharmacy information. Walgreens does not accept my insurance, so I had to pay roughly three times my normal cost rather than wait another 48 hours for a transfer. This is not the first time I have had issues with prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy. During the year I have been going to this office, my primary care physician has changed four times. Previously, Dr. Jesus Arena sent my prescription to the incorrect facility, and now Carlos Guerrero has made the same mistake. The repeated turnover and ongoing prescription errors have made it extremely frustrating to get consistent care. Lexapro is not a medication that should be interrupted casually, especially for someone who has been taking it long term. Missing doses caused significant symptoms that could have been avoided with proper communication and attention to pharmacy details. The front desk staff has always been kind and helpful, but the repeated prescription issues have been extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unprofessional. After seeing other reviews mentioning prescription problems with this office, I'm concerned this may be a larger issue. If you rely on your medications being refilled accurately and on time, I would think carefully before choosing this practice.

I haven't had any issues until today when I visited to with appointment and online already checked in. The lady at the front desk does not have ability to listen to customers... she asked me to pay the copay amount of $20 and i told her I only can pay with Apple pay. She replied the clinic does not accept apple pay, and she didnt give me no other options. She asked me to pay with physical card and I told her that i dont carry physical card, so if they can email/text me the link to pay, i told her i will go home and pay with with my card. She seemed very shocked and seemed surprised that i cant pay the copay...Im not sure why she couldnt understand but she kept asking me that she sent the link to pay and asked me to pay. I explained again and again for 3 times that i cant pay right now but she was persistent to get the copay paid. I gave her a complaint and as I was telling her that i was upset, she got up and left the desk. At the end i was upset that she was an able, mentally stable adult but does not know how to provide basic customer service skills to customers. Doctor here is nice but unfortunately i will be switching pediatrician due to incompetent receptionist.... Just watch out for the lady... she seemed clueless working here and what het job is supposed to be.

This doctor is very thorough, he takes his time. I did not feel rushed and all my questions and concerns were not only answered but listened to carefully and addressed to the last detail. This doctors staff is also very kind and friendly, super helpful and they always answer the phone(my last pediatrician almost never answered) My son has some sensory issues and is shy but he had no tantrums or hesitation in dealing with the staff or doctor because he felt at ease and that in itself is worth a million dollars to me. I am a very VERY picky mom, I want the best of the best for my son, and I was very impressed with this Doctor and his staff, I totally recommend them.

My 3-year-old actually enjoyed his visit to the drs! My son is timid by nature and Dr. Huang put…read morehim at ease right away by taking the time to be playful with him before his examination. He then did a very thorough examination of him and took his time answering all my questions. I really appreciated that he explained everything to me and talked to me as a competent, knowledgeable parent (which I am and often am not treated as such by medical professionals). Dr. Huang also didn't prescribe unnecessary medication but gave me a lot of over-the-counter recommendations. When I asked him if I really need the medication, he told me no, but if I ever do change my mind, the prescription is there. I appreciated his integrity. Honestly speaking, Dr. Huang had a thick accent that was at times difficult to understand. But to me, it's still 100% worth it to have a doctor thoroughly answer my questions, allow for a pleasant experience for my child, and provide quality work with integrity. Thank you, Dr. Luke Huang!

Words cannot express how much my family and I love and appreciate Doctor Luke and his office Mgr Agatha. He is one of the best Pediatricians around and Agatha is amazing!!! We have been patients for almost 20 years, since my son was very young and we now bring my grand daughter to see him. I've also referred all my family to him and even though it's a little bit of a drive he is so worth it. Dr Huang is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a pediatrician and Agatha will always make sure to get you in as quickly as possible - usually the same day, which is unheard of these days!!!!! He has been a life saver and a god send, when my grand daughter was hospitalized he called regularly to check on her. I will never forget the nurses complementing me on selecting such a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician and telling me his type of service/bedside manner is now unheard of. His office is modern, new and very clean. It is close to the 57/91 fwy in Fullerton and has a lot of parking. Thank you and God bless Doctor Luke and Agatha!!!

Been going here for over 5 years and never had any problems until now…read more While at the doctors office, my 11 month old was due for his vaccines. The nurse said I had to lay him down on the table and I let her know Im not comfortable with that. I wanted to hold him and breast-feed him while he was getting his shots like Ive done before she refused, saying she will not give him his shots that way. I asked to talk to a different nurse since Ive done it previously at the same Doctors office with no problems she went and talked to a different nurse came back and said the nurse said the thing we cannot give his shots that way then I asked to speak to the doctor. She went to talk to the doctors and said the same thing the doctor said we cannot give his shots that way. Then I told her I wanted to speak to the doctor myself. The doctor came in and asked me what was the problem. I explained to her how I wanted to give my son his shots and she was OK with it and I asked for a different nurse. Another nurse came in to give his shots and was being very aggressive the way she gave his shots to him. Also, while I was speaking to the doctor about what shots I wanted to give him, she told me that the shot for pneumonia was required by the state and the and Dr. Hampton is really strict on what shots the kid needs to get. I went back home and did my research and the shot he got was only recommended and not required by the state. The next day I called the doctors office because my other son that is four years old got his shots. His leg was turning red with a bump in the morning. It was four times bigger than it was in the nighttime, and I called about concerns about it being infected. I explained to them that its red. Its very swollen. The area is very hot and itchy that I was concerned it was infected. The nurse got back on the line after speaking with the doctor and explained to me that its normal and its not infected and thats how it is I went to urgent care to double check since I did not have any trust with the doctors office anymore and urgent care explained to me that it is infected and he needs to take antibiotics and needs to be seen within three days again to make sure the swelling went down and the antibiotics is working

As a paranoid new mom, I pester our many pediatricians on a constant basis for the tiniest thing (word of advice, googling your child's symptoms might not be a good idea beforehand, because it's usually not as bad as the internet tells you). Dr. Lin is very straight-forward. He isn't the soothing type of doctor that some moms might want, but he is a very intelligent one. He reminds me of House (anybody watch that show?), where he can diagnose your kid rather easily and accurately, and isn't fluffy with the words. I appreciate that he would personally follow up on my baby's conditions, even after office hours. Some pediatric offices only have a nurse follow up, if anyone at all. To me, that extra mile shows true compassion vs those who talk sugary sweet only when you're there and forget you as soon as you're gone. I highly recommend Dr. Lin if you're looking for a doctor who has your child's best interest.
