I made an appointment for my first mammogram the day before and went with the first available appointment of the day, which is 7:45AM. I uploaded all my required documents the night before my appointment and showed up at 7:25AM. There were already 8 people in the waiting room. Check in is in suite 100. It was quick, I was given a document with a code to check my results in a few days and I was called back by the tech a few minutes before my appointment time. The process was quick. The tech was kind and thoughtful. I walked out the door by 7:52AM. I was very pleased with the experience and will return to this location for mammograms in the future.

Once again, we were told to arrive early for check-in, which we did--only to wait 45 minutes to over an hour past our scheduled appointment time. It took 30 minutes just to be checked in, and once we were finally called back to another area, we waited there for an extended period as well. To make matters worse, the test being performed required a full bladder prior to the appointment. By the time the test actually started, we had been waiting nearly two hours while holding a full bladder, which is extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. If you know your facility is understaffed or running behind, patients should be notified in advance. There is no respect for people's time here, especially for children and for procedures that require specific physical preparation. I will never return to this location. I will continue to support American Radiology in Columbia, MD, where wait times are reasonable and, more importantly, patients are called ahead of time to reschedule if staffing issues arise. That is what real customer service and patient-centered care looks like

They gave me a referral to choose any LabCorp facility in which I searched online for a location that was close to my home with convenient hours. I am so glad that I came to this location. I made my appointment online though their app and arrived 15 minutes early. Very easy check in process with almost no wait. When my name was called I told the technician I have a history of passing out with needles. She was understanding about my predicament and said I could lay out on the bed rather than the chair and went to go get me a pillow for my head. She tried to get the blood out of me but it just wouldn't happen. I wasn't feeling so great afterwards and asked me to take deep breaths and got me cold water. She then called her colleague to assist as she was better to deal with special cases like mine. She assessed my arm and said that she would use a child needle as I had such small veins. Literally, a pin prick feeling and she was able to get the blood. I want to thank the staff for being so kind and understanding!
