AdvantEdge downtown has been a godsend over the past seven years. The workspaces are fantastic - it is the antithesis of a national, flex office company. They were really ahead of the curve in their flexible lease terms. I really value having my own office space with a door that shuts but also friendly neighbors, etc. I get all the amenities without the hassle or the ra-ra BS of the national groups. Whenever I want to book a conference room, it's never a problem. On the occasions I have high-stakes meetings with clients, etc., I feel the space reflects very well on my organization. The staff is courteous, can-do and highly professional. In all the years I've had packages delivered here, not once has there been a slip-up.... During the COVID period, AdvantEdge has really stepped it up. They're on point with the protocols, and I can enter the building, get to my office and move about the suite operating in a touch-less environment (including using foot pedals to enter the bathroom).... I'd recommend AdvantEdge to any self-employed professional or small firm in DC, particularly for those like me who enjoy the walk-ability from homes in Georgetown or the West End.... I'm very excited for COVID to end so I can go back to taking advant-edge (pun intended) of all the sit-down restaurant options within a block of the building - Soi38 (Thai), Ruth Chris (steak), the Italian place at St. Gregory Hotel (great for fireside in the winter) and now Tatte and the new tapas place at the Yours Truly hotel.... And they are totally on top of their COVID-19 game. They worked with experts to develop a very sophisticated infection control plan. We needed a location for our quarterly retreat at the last minute (day before) and called the Chevy Chase location of AdvantEdge Business Centers and they were terrific. In addition to being so accessible (right on the red line and lots of parking) they found a space that would accommodate 30 theater style as well as breakout space. They made sure we had seamless internet and video conferencing services as well as took care of all the food and beverage all at a great price. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well.
