They're very low to the ground and you have to hunch at your laptop to type. There's also construction next to the building that makes it hard to navigate to and through the building. (Some of the construction was also in the lobby.) I honestly wasn't sure if it was still open in Covid times. Overall, bad working experience. The only good thing was being around new people, but it made me concerned when two of them chatted about recovering from being sick. Uh, ok, let me not touch anything either.

My husband and I rented an office space here for a year during the pandemic, and while the space…read morewas fine, several issues have made me think twice about this company: -several internet outages, once for almost a WEEK -noisy construction inside the workspaces (converting conference rooms into cubicles) -they sometimes hire out to film crews, so corridors and common spaces can get noisy -kitchen area always a mess--sink often overflowing with dirty dishes -COVID compliance was not at 100% after mask mandates returned. -watch out for the hidden fees--they charged us $300 "office restoration" fee at move-out--this was never mentioned when we rented, and only appears as very small print in the house rules -It took almost two months from the date our lease ended for them to return our deposit--I had to reach out several times and ask for updates The location is terrific and the people who work onsite are nice, but there's only so much they can do-- the company itself really shows how much it cares about its customers (not at all). There are a lot of workspaces out here, so you can probably do better.

Our business has grown consistently and the needs continuously change. The flexibility with which they have supported our growth frees us up to plan for our business. The staff is all about being professional and courteous and competent. If you have shared offices with large corporation owners, I think, you will notice the difference here right away. Its a much more collegiale atmosphere, friendly and professional but also inclusive with a feel of comraderie. Its Not easy to achieve, and unlike any other space i have experienced. I think especially under these trying times, a place you can call work home that feels like a real home and where you can have privacy but see fresh faces, have safe interactions is like therapy in itself.
