It's not 100% bad, but honestly my experience here has been overwhelmingly negative. I'd say save…read moreyourself the trouble and find a better coworking space. Most of it is little stuff: The kitchen is poorly equipped (plenty of coffee mugs, but just paper plates and paper bowls for lunch); it's cold in the winter; the snacks are hardly worth getting up for (cheap crap from costco most days, with the occasional exception); the chairs are super uncomfortable, optimized for chic magazine-cover aesthetics over actual usability. A little bit more important is the flaky internet, which I've struggled with since I got here. I've had to continually move around the facility to chase elusive solid connections. The worst, though, is that when I signed up in January, I specifically informed them that I was moving out of the area at the end of February. The sales person told me to just cancel the membership at the end of the month, but for some reason I interpreted that as "at the beginning of the next cycle". When I went to cancel today (the first business day of February), they happily informed me that they'd be charging me for the entire month of March ($332) and there was nothing I could do about it, despite the fact that it would be physically impossible for me to utilize my membership. The tone in the email almost made me feel like they were high-fiving in the background, having caught another sap on a yet another stupid technicality. Like I said, just don't bother. There are better places out there with better people staffing them.

Our business has grown consistently and the needs continuously change. The flexibility with which they have supported our growth frees us up to plan for our business. The staff in general great but Tiffany and Brittney make the effort to go beyond the standard in courtesy and pleasantries. This doesn't even reflect the aesthetics of the space. Its a beautiful location that provides a great image for clients.

The staff is all about being professional and courteous and competent. If you have shared offices with large corporation owners, I think, you will notice the difference here right away. Its a much more collegiale atmosphere, friendly and professional but also inclusive with a feel of comraderie. Its Not easy to achieve, and unlike any other space i have experienced. I think especially under these trying times, a place you can call work home that feels like a real home and where you can have privacy but see fresh faces, have safe interactions is like therapy in itself.
