Willow Oaks is a small business park located in Falls Church right off of Rt. 50. There are many…read morebuildings; I visited the one for Fairfax County Public Schools. The building is wonderful with its waterfalls, shiny chrome and marble, and modern furnishings. There are common spaces that provide areas for small group discussions or individual work. The conference rooms are absolutely huge and have at least a dozen screens that can be lowered around the room, ensuring that no matter where you sit, you will be able to see the visuals. The conference rooms can also be partitioned out in to smaller spaces. Parking in the complex is plentiful inside of covered garages. Bonus is on the lower level, there is a space to wash your own car and air up your tires. There are also multiple spaces that have charging ports for electric vehicles. My favorite part of visiting Willow Oaks is the cafe nestled in the lower level of one of the buildings near the entrance. This cafe provides free (yes free) coffee, tea, water, and hot chocolate! I think this is just a thoughtful touch.

CONSUMERS BEWARE: I had started up a small business and needed office space for myself and another…read moreto work. Couple weeks into it we ended up closing the business and shut down the LLC. Because I had signed a 1 year agreement I asked Regus if they would work with me on ending the contract early and meeting somewhere in the middle but they were unwilling to budge. Its unfortunate too because I would have worked with them but it seems they don't want to negotiate. So, here are some of my thoughts: Cons: -The offices are hot. They AC doesnt seem to function optimally enough to wear we were comfortable. I'm talking scorched earth. One day I came in and had to move meetings outside the office because it was unbearable. -You don't actually sign a lease. They "license" units to you so that (in my opinion) can avoid having to comply with what would be traditional real estate transaction law -Noise is disturbing. I could hear many of the tenants outside my door during meetings. You can see in some of the office spaces where drywall was "built on" to whatever office space was there before -They nickle and dime you to hell. It's still unclear to me how I paid 6k down and then 2 weeks later was charged another 2k -Because it's a shared space its hard to set up infrastructure the way you would normally do it in a traditional office setting Pros: -It can be convenient if you do month to month but frankly per sq footage you'd be better off signing a real lease

I know that it's more than the coffee that makes me appreciate this place, but it sure doesn't…read morehurt. The environment that we are using is private and quiet, yet right next to the entrance and the conference room. The receptionist is very friendly and personable and beyond helpful. I've even chatted with a few of the other people with the other businesses in the suite and it's a very laid back environment (albeit some people are in suits and some are in jeans and hoodies) that works well for many businesses and walks of life. From what I understand, the rates are fair and the resources available are pretty abundant. I would recommend this sort of office environment for anyone who is either starting off or setting up an office in a new location. Ashburn is relatively "out there" in NOVA, but if you have a reason to be out here, this is a great place to be. I can actually see the development going on across the street at Loudon One, which probably means that traffic is only going to get more desirable on Route 7 (sarcasm...traffic is HORRENDOUS during either rush hour).
