I feel like I could repeat a previous review. We bought a house that was developed and sold by the Menkiti group. They took so long to respond to anything. It started with contract negotiations and continued while under contract. If we didn't love the house so much we would have bailed. If you buy one of their houses, be prepared to wait at least 24 hours before you hear back about anything. They had 5 weeks to address inspection and other items per the contract and were working until an hour before closing to get it done. I will say the construction is well done. They were great getting to the 95% mark, but made it very difficult to get to that 100% completion point. read more

Very, Very, Very DISAPPOINTED! Facts does not lie! This is well documented in Exposing Wrongdoings: www.indepthexposure.com - It all speaks for itself! It may be lengthy but there is enough information for it to be observed that there is more going on than meets the eye, patterns of it. Retired address who would have thought that an retired address not used anymore is being used by this landlord, that's in there. A lot going on with different angles on the site to get a broader sense that there is a lot going on here. As our landlord they tried to push us out of our rental with help from resources that suppose to be in place to protect citizens by plenty of tactics & more (documented). We received falsified documents, they don't have accurate records of us living in their rental, they went up on our rent illegally. They claimed items and utility that wasn't included in the rent. They set us up in court and slandered us on record. They could say what they wanted in court on record but we couldn't. They tried to get the vehicle towed on one of the court dates try in hopes the court would be dismissed after they realized we weren't deterred. We went to court 8 times. We had lights stolen from our vehicle, no police came on the scene nor did a detective ever showed up, called as promised from them more than once, that is peculiar. We couldn't get help because the word was getting back where we had gone what was said and the documents given was not reflecting what was really going on. We were told to file with this agency and that agency, they us gave falsified documents in favor of the landlord. Everything this landlord does is in compliance, so they say. Don't have proper permits or no permits, using retired address, use code, its in compliance, misleading people. Where does it say its okay to be block from getting any real help from any agency that is there for the citizens? While we endure one tactic after another. Is that constitutional? Tell us! We couldn't get anything addressed with ACCOUNTIBILITY. The property was off radar setup by an agency. A gym put underneath us that the landlord/Developer are pulling the strings behind the scenes for a barrage of noise, vibrations, interference, to spy, sleep deprivation even had loud music played day and night to try an interfere with our quality of life, tried to make us look like the bad people. THEY TRIED TO COME UP IN OUR PLACE while the gym was in revoked status, tampered with our lock. Served papers on us to make an attempt to get us out while we was still in court. They still have their own skeletons such as operating, selling homes , hiring, advertising, investing, managing, community work (while behind the scenes trying to make our lives miserable) working under the Menkiti Group's name with logo among other things going on with help. They didn't want it to be known, of course. That is just the tip of the iceberg! The Menkiti Group name(s) on the building in plain view (headquarters) when that name was canceled expiration date: April 22, 2006. 15 years! Fifteen years!! 15 YEARS!!! They got away with it with help and enablers misleading people. They got their nerve to pretend they had everything in order with their helpers & enablers patting them on the back while the community is mislead. When in fact it wasn't by no means, shape or form. Nowhere close to everything being in order legally! No accountability whatsoever, this is so disgusting and wrong! read more

We purchased a home from Menkiti Group a year ago and it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, largely due to the fact that MG and its contractors were uncooperative, unresponsive, and unprofessional, starting with their response to our post-inspection repair requests all the way through to the closing process. Unfortunately, we had to request repeated work to the house, which was a full renovation as a result of poor communication between MG and its contractors as well as MG's apparent lack of willingness to listen to its customer. Work that should have been completed was still not done a the scheduled closing time despite inaccurate reassurances that everything was in order. MG's staff was unresponsive and, at times, rude and dismissive. While all issues were ultimately addressed (some of which had to be attended to after closing, including providing keys and appliance warranties), I would not recommend purchasing a home with MG. read more

I am putting my conclusion first. If you want a Real Estate firm with incompetent employees who seem to be more interested in the commission they are going to make then the service they provide Hire them. The service seems to be based on the amount of commission they are going to get, the higher the commission the better the service, by all means hire the Meniki Group. And as a bonus you can have the prima donna and owner Kymber Meniki yell at you and talk down to you if you question their customer service and or disagree with them. My experience. I recently listed my house with Menkiti Group, they were recommended to me. From the onset there were problems. I had to ask three times to get e sign in from of my house. I was told that it would be best if the buying agents call me directly to set up showings because I work out of my house and have several dogs. REALLY, that is supposed to be their job. I was actually doing their job. After a week I told them no more, they needed to do the job I hired them to do. I was told they would use a call center to set up the appointments, why can't they just take the calls themselves and do what they were hired to do. The calls were sill coming in. I call and complained and was told I don't know what happened. Finally the calls stopped to be replaced by an even more annoying third party service. I called a few times, left messages and sent several email all of which required a response, did I get a response, no. I was at one point because they have a young baby it is difficult and another time told they were on vacation. Sorry but if you can't do your job effectively why are you in the business. Here is an idea, have an associate take calls and emails; basic business practice. Not here. All the viewings for my house were to be by appointment only and to be cleared by me. One day I come home to find a gentleman in my yard. When I asked him what he was doing here he told me he was here to see my house. I no acknowledgement of this appointment. Ironically the agent he called was an agent in the Meniki Group. You would think she would know the particulars of a client or at the least look at the file to see if there are any restrictions. I felt bad for the man making the trip and scheduling this into his day. Mind you it was planned with Meniki Group four days prior, the realtor didn't bother to read the file and I never received a call to confirm. To add insult to injury I walked back into the house thinking they had gone, instead I heard the realtor saying to the client, " you done, did you see enough"? The man looked at me puzzled, and in broken English asked me how old the house was and if there was a basement and back yard. When I looked at the realtor I asked her why she didn't show him the basement and back yard. Her response was I don't show houses anymore, it's been a long time since I did this. REALLY? Then why are you doing it now wasting this poor mans time and my time. I gave this man the tour of my home and answered all his questions. That is blatant incompetence and a lack of customer service! I after several attempts to get them to improve their service to me reached my end. I told them I was done and they were not worth the 3% commission they were to receive when my house sold. After being yelled and told my expectations were unrealistic by the Prima Donna Kymber Meniki I ended the agreement with them. I guess competence and good customer service is unrealistic, being treated with respect is unrealistic. That I expect to receive the same service as an eight hundred thousand dollar sale is being unrealistic. read more
