Pierre was a great help in helping us find the vinyl laminate flooring without pressuring us or bombarding us with a million pitches. We were also allowed to take a couple samples home so we could really get the feel for what color we wanted instead of relying on our imagination or sample photos only. They also offered better deals here compared to other places, so all in all we highly recommend here and we look forward to getting our upstairs are done through here in the future!

The communication was the absolute worst, customer service wasn't any better and instead of trying to be helpful we got scolded for contacting the manufacturer directly. Not to purchase additional material, but to simply get an exchange since we got sent the wrong shade on accident. If the communication was there we would have reached out to this business directly, but it hasn't been, so we saved ourselves the headache and contacted the manufacturer. The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. He cannot be trusted. Nothing he says is real. And I have the documentation to back every bit of this up. I wish I had dug deeper before hiring him. If I can stop even one person from getting screwed the way we did, then at least this disaster serves a purpose.
