Benny was a huge help and very knowledgeable. He even printed out a Nissan/Infiniti technical service bulletin (TSB) addressing the P0720 trouble code and the valve body issue, and took the time to explain everything. Having that information made me feel confident in the repair. I really appreciate their honesty, thorough diagnosis, and attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop and Benny to anyone looking for knowledgeable service!

Several people standing outside saw me arrive, but no one greeted me or offered to help. I parked closer to an employee and called out, "Excuse me," trying to get my question answered. He did not acknowledge me. Another employee walked by with a customer and also did not acknowledge me. Before leaving, I stopped and tried once more to get someone's attention, but still received no response. I understand employees can be busy, but a simple hello or "We'll be with you shortly" would have made a difference. Instead, I felt ignored, unwelcome, and uncomfortable. I left without getting my question answered. This experience gave me no confidence that my concerns would be taken seriously. Right after I got the car back, the AC stopped working. I had my son bring it back, and this time they said the coolant level was very low and charged me another $453 to refill it. It seems clear the original warning was related to low coolant, which they failed to catch during the first visit. Instead, I ended up paying over $600 for what should have been identified from the start. $653 just to refill coolant is over charging. I raised my concerns but never received any follow-up. Very disappointed with the lack of proper diagnosis, poor communication, and high pricing. I won't be returning.
