Ordered a new set of 4 Kumho tires over the phone. Always had good service so I trusted everything would be fine. Not the case this time. New tires look faded, dusty. After installation drove a few blocks home, then noticed condition of the tires. I realize tires may have sat around a bit and didn't want to complain yet. Tread is obviously new. Next day I got a car wash, soaked tires in wheel darkener and still seem faded. Called and expressed my dissatisfaction, went down and spoke to the guy who installed them, friendly professional guy. He explained to me some tires sit in the sun and get dusty. They stopped putting armor all due to complaints. Still, new tires should not look like this 2 days after install. I should have checked tires BEFORE installation. Beware of this and CHECK tires you are buying before install. Great service but highly disappointed with the product. read more

Went in for a quick sensor check on a tire... no leak was found so they aired tire back up..... I examined tire in water tub for a foreign object and did not detect anything in my tire. The attendant then started looking at the inside of the tire/rim for clues as to why I was getting low air pressure. Unbeknownst to my attendant, I checked over his shoulder and he "had detected some bubbles" coming from the rim and tire meeting points. He then proceeded to inform me that I had a "tiny" crack on my rim. And therefore would need new rims. I was VERY Skeptical about his solution and told him to inflate tire to proper PSI, paid and left the store Anyway, my point is not to write a negative review and say negative things about a business because I also know people that have small businesses. My point is that when you go to this place, take recommendations VERY lightly and do your homework on recommendations. As consumer protect and educate yourself, please. read more

Big shout out to these guys, was on my way to San Luis Obispo from San Jose when my tire blew on 101, it was 7:15 in the evening. I limped into a service station and called them at 7:20 and even though they were closed in 10 minutes they waited for me to semi inflate my tire and limp there and then changed it for me in 15 minutes. I have used this place a lot in the past never a bad experience. Mostly for flat repair.but this time I ordered tires online and needed them mounted and balanced. I called my go-to av tires and they were $60. Less. This place was closer to my house and I figured with the lost time it was a wash. All good until I go to pay. (I specifically said out the door on the price when I got the quote). And the lady started adding all kinds of charges disposal fees and what not. Then like a $6. ATM fee. Came in on a Monday afternoon to order new tires. I knew they wouldn't have the unusual size in stock so I placed the order (295/40-21). They said it should be in by noon on the following day. The next morning, I get a phone call from them at 8:30am letting me know that my tires have arrived. I drove in at 10:00am. They did 4 new tires (mounted and balanced) and a 4-wheel alignment (included with a 4 tire purchase). I drove off at 10:58am. Amazing. I had went quoting around a few rim shops as I was in the market of replacing my old (scuffed and chipped) rims and JC customs was my final stop, after coming here I had no need to look anywhere else.!! They have a bunch of team members who work quickly on the vehicles that are in there for work. As I waited for some assistance I watched the crew hustle and get their work done very efficiently. I had been to rim/wheel shops before and had to wait super long before or even asked to come back. Not here! They had about 5-6 cars in there (at once) all on jacks and had enough crew members to do their thing quick. When Chris (My guy chris) was done helping out the clients there before me got done , he proudly assisted me and walked me through a few suggestions and potential pictures of rims that might fit my car. I showed him which ones I liked on their display wall and he said he would have to see if they come in my size( they didn't) but he reached back to me the next day with a almost identical pair that he said does fit my car. I didn't event realize they were different until he said these ones aren't the same. I gladly said, let's do it!! So Chris ordered them for me and said he would reach back when they come in(which was only 2 days) I then went in to get them put on(on a Saturday) and I was out of there in about 30-40 mins TOPS! Stopped by here because I was in major need of new tires and I saw that they offered a free alignment with the purchase of 4 tires, this location also has a 5 star rating so I was sure they had to be a good shop. Right away I was assisted and the staff didn't waste any time reviewing my tires and picking out a good option for me, I was told the cost right away and was also informed of what exactly would be done. When I went inside to go ahead and pay the really sweet girl at the front desk said that I could go ahead and pay after the service, and as I walked back outside I saw the crew already had my car lifted and were getting ready to remove my tires and place new ones. You know that scene from Cars where Guido changes Lightning McQueens tires super fast during the Piston Cup and leaves everyone in shock and amazed? Yup, that's exactly how I felt. The staff here is very nice, quick, and helpful and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all (as a female sometimes it's difficult finding a good auto shop where they won't scam you or make you feel weird). I was serviced very quickly too, didn't take more than an hour and after applying my tires they went ahead and shined them up for me. I'm super happy with my new tires!
