I had to…read morehave a repair made to our sewer lateral. the line is 10 - 15 FEET under ground, and if I hadn't used North Georgia Inliners, I'd have had to get a company to dig up the front yard to repair the line. That would have destroyed driveway, sidewalk, lawn, and landscaping. Thanks for North Georgia Inliners, the repair was made "inside" the line using fiberglass and epoxy. The repair took only one day and made minimal mess in our yard. We had to have 4 small shrubs removed to allow the company to access the cleanout, but we replanted those easily the next day. We now have a wonderfully clean and super smooth sewer line running from the house to the end of the driveway. North Georgia Inliners did all the work from the 4" cleanout, and that's pretty incredible when you see what they did. They even gave us a video recording of the line before and after as a reference. I would not hesitate to use this company if you need a sewer line repair.

So they lied to us for days for about 5 different phone calls for them to just call on Monday and admit they were lying. No one was going to come help us and they knew that. After warning me of other companies that would take advantage of me, I was told that I needed to get the tank drained a second time in 2 months, have my leach fields drained and required a replacement of my baffle (with pvc pipe). When that was accomplished and the problems was still evident (my clog ended up being between the house and septic tank as I had described being able to make progress myself) they blew out the pipe with water from my house "for free." After spending close to $2k I really hope my issues are resolved. I will say they are very pleasant to deal with. I probably wouldn't be as annoyed if they would have simply not tried to assure me that I was getting such a good deal and tried using gimmicks to justify their cost. (showing me that the tank was full with water even though a septic system is designed to be full of water) I did reach out to them after receiving the invoice with my concerns and did not receive a reply. I paid the invoice as I'm not going to waste more time and energy on this issue. Sure hope others have a better experience than I did. I will say the first time they came out was on Thanksgiving day and I was most appreciative of how quick and easy the experience was. When problems came back shortly thereafter is when my concerns came up. In hind sight I should have shopped around, seems my naivety and ignorance on septics cost me.

To imply that the other firm did something against code or improper is really low. They actually…read moreidentified the leak (which was above ground at the connection) and showed it to me with the bubbles as opposed to your team that couldn't find it and just wanted to dig everything up for a ton of money. The way the generator line was installed was pulling sideways on the stack putting too much pressure on the connection over time. They went and got the correct pipe and fittings to bring the connection over further to eliminate the side pressure on the gas stack and thereby correct the problem. All done with correct materials and above ground.

Let me tell you - I would and will use Sludgebusters again the next time I need any septic work…read moredone. Septic system was backing up, and I had another company out that I had used previously. Turns out that they had been sold. The guy (kid) that came out pumped some of the tank, and told me that the blockage was because of a dip in the pipe running from the house to the tank. $350 later after having a camera run - turns out no dip, bend, or crack. Just a blockage right at the tank inlet. Called Sludgebusters and 'lo and behold, they took a stick, ran it up the pipe and said "Yup, you have a blockage right here". Grabbed my garden hose, ran it up the pipe (all of 12" away from the tank) and busted through the blockage. Water came flooding in and service was restored. They also showed me, before they did any work, that the tank was about 3/4 full, 2 days after it had been "pumped" by the other company. And with a blocked line, nothing from the house had gone in. Sludgebusters came in, knew what the heck they were doing, and showed me every step of the way. They didn't try to push anything off on a plumber, just figured out how to get the job done. After a week of dealing with a blocked system - they had it handled in an hour. Thanks so much!!!
