I called Greg Bjork to fix my copier. He stated that it could not be repaired, and that I could buy a Brother copier for $250. I paid Bjork and brought the Brother home, and it did not copy. I brought the Brother in to a Brother dealership and paid $50, and the owner stated that it could not be repaired. I called Bjork and asked for my $250 and he did not reply. I write a letter and asked for my money and if he did not reply by a certain date, that I would file a lawsuit. Bjork forced me into writing a letter and threatening him with filing a lawsuit. I enjoy frequenting small business owners and paying cash. I decided not to pursue filing the lawsuit; however, I felt compelled to write this review. July 3, 2024 I contacted Greg. He called me right back when to my mom's house looked at her printer and said he would need to take it and look at it further. That night he message me and ask for the $125 for repair and he would drop off the printer in the morning. July 4 no reply. July 5 he stated he just finished up and should drop it off shortly. July 9 he stated he was waiting on a sensor and manual. No reply until July 30. He stated he was in Utah and had a heart attack and he just got back in town and he would need a few days to put out fires and get the printer put together. After 2 weeks I message him again and no reply. All I want is to get the printer back. We are having to purchase another computer. Don't let this person leave your house with any device. I had a paper jam in my Brother home copy machine. I lifted the lid to pull the jammed paper out, and couldn't get the lid arm to go back down. (I was afraid if I forced it I would break it.) I had also been having some problems with print clarity for the past month, so on Saturday I decided to call Greg of Advanced Printer. To my surprise and delight, he said he could be at my house in about an hour. His prices were more than fair. Not only did Greg get the arm back down, clean and service my machine, he showed me how to keep my printer in tip top condition without having to call a technician. WOW!! We had Greg come out twice. The 1st time he came out he recommended we buy a new developer for our Dell laser printer. Once it came in he came back and installed it. The printer quit working a few days later. We've now spent close to $400 and the printer still is not working correctly. I thought the laser printer I used in my classroom was dead. It was unresponsive. I reached out to this business and Greg was prompt. Greg Bjork was excellent when installing my new scanner. It advertised a scanner but didn't have the software to scan. Called this company to come out and look at our office printer. After $95, was told we needed the heating element replaced. I approved the work. Here is it 4 weeks from that date and still nothing. I had 1 resnse to an email a few weeks ago, stating that someone had gotten sick, but if I spplied them with the model number, they'd get the part and get someone out here as soon as possible. Greg was at my house within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem with my Epson in literally 5 minutes. I asked if he could take a look at an older Konica Minolta color laser printer that I haven't used in 3 or 4 years because I thought it was a lost cause, but he gladly dug into that one and had that one figured out in less that ten minutes. I had what seemed to be an impossible-to-clear jam in my 5-year-old Canon ImageClass laser printer. The paper was stuck deep into the printer and there was no way to get to it. I went on Craig's list hoping to find someone who fixes printers. The first person said he mostly works on computers and didn't have the tools to disassemble printers. Then I called Canon. When I explained how deeply the paper was stuck, they said to call around locally and see if I could find someone who could take it apart. They also suggested I buy a new printer with their discount program. I went back on Craig's list and called another person who advertised "printer repair." He said he couldn't do it and told me to go on Yelp to find someone. Thank goodness for his advice. I found Advanced Printer and Plotter Repair and spoke with Greg and discussed the problem with him. He quoted me the price and said he could come out. By this time, I was almost convinced that the printer couldn't be fixed, so I asked him, "What if you can't fix it?" He responded, "I'll fix it." Well, he came out and set to work, and within one hour the printer was working just fine. I'm grateful for having found Greg. He is very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Unreliable. Wont answer the phone, wont return messages left on his voice mail, wont return emails. When I finally did track him down & make an appointment, no call no show. He called 2 days after the appointment date & asked to be let into the building to do the repair, on a day off. At the rate he charges, I would expect more professionalism than that. read more

Greg came and tried to repair my printer. I helped him because I have had so many bad experiences that could not fix the problem, It seemed something simple. Made some changes and it worked, Next day i could hear the printer sound when I was on phone, Called him and told me to change number of ringers, which I did. I paid him but he would not give me a card or a receipt of what I paid him. Have asked for it at least 6 times and today some lady said she would email, Gave them my email which was given before. Printer is still giving problems, but I am most ly upset because he refuses to provide me with a receipt. Business always give receipt for services rendered, Plus he has been telling me he will email, mail , etc but nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! read more
