I've heard this is one of the main places recommended on where to go to fix your broken screens. So…read morelet me just say, I went to try them out and my experience here taught me that you really have to stay on top of your service from here, meaning keep checking in on them, because they will not check in with you. I brought a tablet in to get fixed and they told me that they would order the parts, which would only take 4-6 days to be delivered, and that they should have it fixed within 1 day. I went back in on the 7th day asking for an update (because I didn't get one). They told me that they weren't sure if the parts came in because they didn't check their deliveries. My style isn't to create problems, so I told them I would be back. I asked them if they were going to contact me when it was done, and they asked me for my information. I told them that they should have had it from when I brought the tablet in? It was very strange to me. They didn't send a receipt through email as promised either. At this point, I started to worry a bit that I was going to get scammed, but I held on to faith that they would do the right thing. My husband went to pick it up weeks later and it was ready. My husband asked why they didn't send us an update that it was done. Their response was "it should have been sent out in an email." That email never came. Did they fix the screen? Yes. It was in great condition. I am glad they came through with that. My only issue is the transparency of their process. If you're not on them, I swear they might keep your item, say it was abandoned, or that they never had it. At least that is how my experience with them came off to me. Oh, and make sure you get a receipt before you leave! I can say that that part was my fault, trusting that it would have came through email. I know better now if there is a next time, anywhere.

Had poor Neo or Neil "deal" with me with lack of information himself. There was no apology or professionalism handling this situation. Refunded me $175 out of my $250 and offered to give me the full refund if I let them keep my ps5. Tell me I'm not wrong for feeling scammed? Any normal person would feel this way. It's truly sad how this business is ran.. just to make $ off people who are desperate for help. People trust your word but if it's a job that can't be done there is no shame you can't do it. I'll say this a million times but communication goes along way. Dont force your customers with no choice. Let them know along the way and give them options. Unfortunately this experience has taught me that the tech industry is not trustworthy, good job representing your people. :(
