Brought the TV In Wednesday afternoon to April, after talking to Edgar on the phone. Next mornng Edgar called me to tell me the problem was the power supply board. He told me it would cost $140 but he was kind enough to lower it to $100. Picked up my TV next day, back panel was put back in place. It was a rough 2 nights without TV entertainment. Thanks to Edgar, my wife and I are enjoying watching TV again.

We were serviced by Carlos and his team of the North Rancho location. They recently replaced the power cord and we just got our TV delivered after replacing the light engine; both still costing considerably less than what a new investment would cost. I am a bit of a skeptic with the business ethics of many in this community. I have had many disappointing experiences. We found this company to be a refreshing experience of what competence and customer service should feel like. The TV's picture hasn't been this crisp in a long while. Digital TV Repair is professional, honest, punctual. And they communicate with you! They didn't complain about dragging this big horse out of our home for repair and their rates are fair. We will use them for all of our television repair needs and continue to repair this particular television until there are no parts available for it. Thank you Digital TV Repair!

First, I called VIZIO to help with troubleshooting and after went through all the steps with them without success they advised that I should purchase a new television. Seriously the NICEST people. I was searching around for a tv repair shop and couldn't get anyone to…read morecall me back or actually show up. I found Millennium on Yelp based off their reviews and score. I called and left a message and was promptly called back within the hour. The technician I spoke with was so nice, he listened while I told him what was going on with the tv - it was going black then blue and then shutting off over and over. We both agreed on what the possible issues were (Samsung wire or Connect box) and that based off his knowledge and experience and my google searching it couldn't be fixed. I had even called Best Buy/GeekSquad and Samsung before and they were of zero help. He let me know that he was going to do a little more digging and see if there was a workaround. He was super understanding that this was a $5,000 tv that was just over a year old and of course out of warranty and genuinely wanted to help. He called back the same day and let me know that he hadn't found a fix for it - which is exactly what Samsung said (after trying to get a technician out to my home for a $150 call fee, plus $130 an hour for work time, plus parts) and everything I had read online. He let me know if they can find a possible fix he would call me back. I really appreciate this company being honest, they easily could have charged me a consult fee or come to my home and charged a service fee, but they took the time to understand the problem and in good faith said it can't be fixed. As angry as I am at Samsung about the tv, this company provided great customer service and showed honesty which is sadly rare these days. Fingers crossed, I hope I don't have to use them again, haha, but if another tv breaks I will for sure utilize Millennium again!

When that didn't work he said he would have to take the tv to his shop to take the glass off. He ordered the second part which fixed the problem. When he brought the tv back he set it up again and it actually plays better then before. The colors are so much brighter and vivid.
