Yelp Review 2025 #142:…read more When I was having a phone emergency, I had to look for a place that could replace my battery real quick. I could go to the Apple Store but it's too far and I don't feel like going to the mall. UBreakiFix is less than 5 miles away from home that's why I took my phone here despite them charging $20 more. I booked an appointment on their website. The earliest appointment they have available is at 11am even though they open at 10am. They have like 3-4 locations in Vegas/ Henderson and their business hours are different so, be sure to check their hours. I got to the shop 30 minutes early. They get quite busy on Friday. I got a discount code on their website but they don't honor it. You pay upfront. It was $100 to replace my battery plus 3% charge for using a credit card. The gentleman that helped me was pleasant. There's a guy in the back that answers phone calls and does the repairs. I was told my phone would be ready by 1:30pm. I was at the shop exactly at 1:30pm and I had to wait another 30 minutes because my phone wasn't ready. However, they replaced by screen protector for free which was nice. I got my phone back so, I went home. I charged the new battery the whole afternoon. When I tried to use my phone, my FaceID wasn't working and it was already too late to take my phone back to the shop. I had to make another trip here a different day. I dropped it off at 10:30am, and it was ready by 2:30pm. So far, so good.

I…read morethen made a 20‑minute drive to the Craig Road location specifically to use my "free batteries for life" key fob replacement. When I arrived, I told the employee what kind of car I had and handed him my key fob. I could see him working at the bench for quite a while. While waiting, three motorcycle customers came in, one of whom was dealing with a failed battery. I struck up a conversation after overhearing the interaction. I've been in the motorcycle business my entire life, and it quickly became clear that the woman assisting those customers lacked basic training on warranty procedures and customer service. The interaction was confusing and inefficient for everyone involved. After about 20 minutes, the employee working on my fob came out and said he couldn't replace the battery because the "spring wasn't working" and he didn't want to damage the fob. He suggested I take it to the dealer instead. I brought it home, watched a YouTube video, and replaced the battery myself in about ten minutes--no damage, no issue. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially after driving out of my way. While this franchisee may not have closed stores, the lack of training and execution I witnessed helps explain why several other Las Vegas locations (Tropical Pkwy, Blue Diamond, Grand Canyon) have recently closed. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I can't recommend this store.
