I had an initial consult and appointment at this business; I left with hair still on my lip, chin, and neck and not fine hair, but dark terminal hair. I don't know why this was, I found this tech to be an uncomfortable person to deal with. I have 35 years as a professional in Healthcare and I did not understand all her demands just to make an appoitment; wear a mask, don't talk to me during the procedure, don't sneeze or cough on me, take your shoes off, stay outside in the parking lot until I call you, and more. Most adults would turn their head and avoid coughing or sneezing in someone's face during a close procedure, I believe. COVID that killed is long over, we are out of the flu season (even though flu and respiratory illness are circulating all year long, the warmer months equal decreased risk), so why such particulars about speaking to her and use of a surgical mask? She could use an N95 and good air circulation to increase her protection and decrease risk of exposure. However my biggest complaint is the fact that she did not remove all the hair visible, and the sole purpose of my seeking her skills. Would not return. I will say, her space was neat, clinical, she washed her hands prior to beginning, her technique no better or worse then any other electrolysis I have experienced.
