I regret paying in cash because had I paid with my debit card I could've challenged the charge. I don't think I've ever encountered a medical business run more unprofessionally before. No one ever answers the phone. No one returns calls. No one emails. They don't care at all about customer service. They just take your money.

I would only do this again if the price of the test was significantly lower than just paying for a professional to do it.

This time just for a drug test since my husband and I are both travel nurses but last time we had to get quantumferon blood draws and he was great with the needle! I appreciate his hand hygiene and cleanliness. I have watched people get rude with him because they failed to make an appointment, but Norm always keeps his composure and tries to get with people as quickly as he possibly can. We are thankful, yet again for a easy and great experience here thanks to Norm!

Her immediate response was "It never takes 10 seconds" in a real snarky tone. I was absolutely shocked at her rudeness. Needless to say she didn't help me at all and had attitude during our brief interaction. I wound up going to their Portland location to get my lab work done by the extremely polite staff there. Bruised arm and knicked arm when he removed the needle. Billing is horrible. They bill you a seperate bill for each lab test drawn on the SAME day. Two and half weeks after they cashed my check they continued to send me bills to my email and home address. I had already paid them the bills they continued to send me. When I asked how I could make an appointment so I would not have to wait as a walk in I was told to call. I asked for the number and was told to "Google it."

It only took me a couple minutes to book online on a Monday afternoon, getting an appointment at the office on Wednesday morning! I haven't used their at-home mobile service but I'm really glad to know it's there. Sometimes my disability makes it very difficult to leave the house and it's nice to know there's a kind person who can help out. I can't recommend enough. Frank is wonderful, both in getting the blood drawn easily and painlessly, and also being a kind person that puts you at ease as you chat with him. They recently moved downstairs and have a few other people working there, all are equally as qualified and nice as Frank. Recently my 13 year old son needed his blood drawn for the first time. He was nervous and remembered my husband and I talking about how good Aim to Please was. He asked if we could bring him there, instead of the hospital lab near us which is stark and cold. While we have recently moved 40 minutes away from their office, we made the trek for this appointment and couldn't be happier. The new office is welcoming and warm, and they did a great job making my son feel relaxed during the draw. I highly recommend Aim to Please!
