I waited for more than one hour past my appointment time and never got called. Everyone that came before and after me got called already. Went up to ask how much longer I had to wait. The front desk lady already forgot about me while I sat right in front of her this whole time. Then she messaged the team and I finally got called. That was 2 hrs of my life that I will never get back. The lady that drew my blood last time bruised my arm and it was my first time getting an injured arm from a blood draw. Luckily we have only had to change PCP's a few times during that time, due to them moving out of state. It's always frustrating trying to find a new doctor after the one you really like decides to leave. So far, for us, they seem to have low employee turnover, which is a plus. The clinic always seems clean. They have numerous hand sanitation kiosks throughout the clinic for use. They have single stall restrooms available on both floors as well. We love the atmosphere in the lobby area with water fountains and plenty of chairs and benches to sit on. For the most part, all employees have been friendly and helpful. Occasionally you get someone who's having a bad day or just doesn't like their job and can be abrupt and rude. The clinic actually sends surveys to patients after visits for anonymous feedback. I usually fill these out for both good and bad experiences. How will they improve if nobody speaks up? And everyone enjoys positive feedback to let them know they're appreciated. Overall, the only issues I've had is with the billing department. I wish they would work with insurance companies more to use the correct codes so costs are covered better. I've discovered billing codes submitted incorrectly and had to be the middle person to get it rebilled correctly. It's sad that patients are expected to advocate for themselves so their doctor visits are paid correctly. I'm sure this isn't the only place that has this problem though.

She was good the first time I seen her said she would treat me like I was her sister and get to the bottom of it and would call me with positive or negative results and I have never gotten a call from her. She claimed that there is treatment for the syndrome with 2 medications I tried them and I ended up having a medication reaction. I will never see her again. The clinic Manager was super nice and made sure I was okay and is helping me get resources. After Miranda left the room a male nurse came in, I had seen him a few times before, and gave me his deepest apology along with a female nurse I had also seen before. I did still have to wait about 20 mins before I was called back to a room. Then waited 10-15 mins before seeing a doctor. To me, that seems reasonable -- I was a walk-in. The environment is clean, calm, orderly, welcoming. Bathrooms in hallways are kept very clean. Seating areas are kept very clean. Dr. Erik Andru Martin is who took care of me that day. I was very impressed with him stopping in to apologize for the long wait & checking to see what my specific needs were before needing to leave to complete other patient care. When he returned, he was a good listener, asked good questions, he didn't seem to be rushing at all. I appreciated that he heard what I've tried in the past to deal with a lingering cough & he didn't try to insist on one method to help -- he gave several suggestions. I also appreciated that while he did prescribe a medication -- he also gave suggestions of some very practical ways to address the cough at home. Thank you Dr. Martin for your excellent care.

So friendly and thoroughly checks our skin for cancerous growths. We are both very comfortable with her. Her current assistant is very friendly as well. These clinics, we've been to three in the Vancouver area, are welcoming and have a calming vibe when you enter the building. There's water features which give it a more spa-like feel versus clinical. They use MyChart for patient information, including scheduling appointments, lab results, filling out forms prior to appointments and checking in online to make the waiting time shorter. Overall we're both happy with this location. They have a large parking lot and plenty of hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Would highly recommend!
