I then had to wait to schedule this until the injection was approved by Moda. Moda approved Efflexa, a certain brand, but this place doesn't have it. So I had to do the work to call Moda, and even the pharmacy where the injection comes from called me, before I got an approval letter for it. ROC said that they don't carry what was approved. What??????!!! Even Moda was confused. I'm just going to go to another orthopedic. I can't even call to talk to someone. Whoever replies to the texts lacks customer service. It has been about two weeks since I was there!! So Moda said to try someone else. Funny, they mentioned to me that ROC advertised Euflexxa. Tell your employees then. I was so incredibly disappointed.

Listened to my concerns, gave me options and choices. Sent out referrals and the ladies who schedule your follow ups are just great. They had to reschedule a follow up due to schedule changes and they called and were accommodating and apologetic for the inconvenience. It had been years since that leg and hip had worked well so the muscles were weak and I was in quite a bit of pain. The hip replacement - hardware, etc. - were doing well but the muscles, not so much. I am so glad I found Benchmark in West Linn! Ryan is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what this older woman needed to get back to walking pain-free. In addition, under his direction, I've gained flexibility, strength and more endurance through his exercises. They will assist on walking you to your car as you are still a little dizzy and groggy but aware enough. Taylor the receptionist made my sister, an excellent cup of coffee while waiting. How very sweet and what a wonderful thing to do. I'd imagine it's a minimum 45-minute wait and much longer for bigger jobs. All the check in and take-home info plus the meds you'll need are explained thoroughly by Taylor. Now, my insurance covers everything here and almost the complete cost of the meds, but if you need extractions my lord, being knocked out is the way to go. I don't understand the many poor reviews because I, as was my chauffer (sister) were treated outstandingly. If you have the insurance, this is the best way by far, vastly superior to nitrous oxide (laughing gas). Absolutely no trauma experienced when the tooth is pulled as you are out, and no real problems with pain, though meds are provided because a tooth extraction almost always needs it, especially when you are young and those particular dentists that say you don't need them does not need your business or mine. No begging for them here or the type that sometimes implies that everyone who is not into pain is somehow a secret drug addict. I certainly recommend this office and it's fine, caring people.
