The employee had me " warm up" by sticking me on a treadmill at a higher speed than I would normally walk (very brisk walk) knowing I have back and neck injuries and simply walked away to joke and talk with other employees, being I don't know the machine or procedures they were trying to implement upon me and my injuries and pain from the car accident that where getting better came back tenfold! The main person came out and asked why I was limping so bad I said cuz I was in "f#%king" pain the first employee rushed over and shut off the machine so I could get off without hurting myself further. They stuck me on another "bicycle" machine not caring how much I was shaking and had me "keep" warming up as again the " therapist" stepped away. I did my best to keep up with the regiment placed on me hoping it would be better in the end and honestly I should have stopped and left after the thread mill.. upon getting off the machine I was taken back to a room and that's when I was asked about pain levels. Honestly I told him I was hurting and if this is what physical therapy as going to be I was "done" the therapist wanted to "fix" my pain and I honestly told him that is this was how therapy was going to be I was just going to leave and I did. I am 100% worse pain wise today because of this clinic, and lack of compassion and caring of the staff.

I was skeptical at first, I'll admit, as I was completely new to eastern medicine and naturopath practices. She made me feel super comfortable, and it seems she has healed my shoulder because it hasn't bothered me for over a year now. After the shoulder issue was cleared up, I continued my appointments with her not only for maintenance but because I am a barber and I stand on my feet for 9 hours per day, 5 days a week.
