I scheduled an appointment online for massage using the patient portal. When I arrived I completed new patient paperwork and provided my insurance information. I was escorted back 25 minutes late without anyone at the front desk having any interaction with me aside from pointing me to an iPad to complete the patient questionnaire. After my appointment, they told me that my insurance was not accepted, and I would need to pay the full out-of-pocket expense. The front office staff was unprofessional and not friendly at all! I will not be going back and would never refer anyone! The only good thing was that the massage therapist was amazing! read more

Dr. Silva was great addressing my issues. But when it came to billing, more on billing statement on what is my portion to pay is very miss-leading... Bill states Balance: $..... Pay this Amount: $..... when i called to get a clarification 1st person couldn't explain, 2nd person explained that "balance" is the insurance portion and "pay this amount" is my balance. I asked if they could have it written down as the "Balance" have the word insurance.... but 2nd person said its explained on the top of the bill and they could not add "insurance" because of the program they have, it doesn't let them alter the billing statement. So it is what it is. called to pay the bill via phone. Paid my bill, was gonna ask who i was speaking to but she thought she hung-up, but i was still connected.... Then i over heard her say "complained about the bill" to another associate... if that was towards me or another patient, that was unprofessional! I'll be taking my business somewhere else! read more

Having multiple health issues, I had to find a doctor that would take 'all' of me into account, and not sure the bones running up my backside. Dr. Kollar did just that. He took the time to read my file, to get to know me as a whole person, and to walk slowly through the process of giving me a perfect adjustment. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Koller and the work he did on my back! He was attentive, informative and professional. He was especially great with how he explained what was going on with my body and why I was experiencing pain. I had had my first baby 6 months prior to visiting this clinic in an attempt to ease the pain I had. I wasn't able to sit down without pain but after the first adjustment I noticed a huge difference. I knew then that I HAD to come back. It only took two more adjustments from Dr. Koller to get me "back to normal." At the end of each session he'd take extra time to explain stretches I could do to help me feel better. In short, Dr. Koller went above and beyond to diagnose what was out of place on my body. He immediately was able to help ease some of the pain. Throughout my next few visits he made sure to explain the process and what to expect. I'll definitely be going back soon just to follow up. I've also recommended Allied to all my friends and family. My mom will be driving an hour just to see Dr. Koller because I praised him so much! :) I can't wait to go back! read more

I saw Dr. Sullivan when I was visiting Hillsboro and got 3 really great treatments from him. 3 of 3 in case you're wondering... My dad is a chiro so it's very difficult for me to trust in someone else, but the treatments I received were top notch. Dr. Sullivan and the Allied staff were very accommodating to my odd schedule which I was very appreciative of, and most importantly, I feel like Dr. Sullivan accurately diagnosed the root of my problem, treated me accordingly, and gave me some stretches/exercises I could do on my own for mobility and strengthening, once appropriate. Date Visited: Wednesday 12/8/10 (5:30) While I have nothing to compare this experience to (I've never seen a Chiropractor before), I'm giving it 5 stars because I was told what the problem was, educated about how it happens, and the problem was treated successfully. I had been having debilitating pains, while trying to sleep, for about a week before going to Dr. DeJana. As soon as I made the appointment, those flare-ups stopped happening. However, I lived in fear every night and I would wake up feeling on the verge of a flare-up and tried what I could to prevent it from happening. This was not a way to live and certainly not a way to get sleep. I was getting more sluggish in my day-to-day activities and feeling more exhausted at work. When I was told the problem could be related to a floating rib, I was happy to have something to focus on. Though Dr. DeJana told me it could be other things, she soon discovered that the floating rib WAS the problem. A pretty simple and quick adjustment was made and though I didn't see how it fixed the issue, I've now slept 4 nights without even the threat of the issue at night. I'm getting better sleep. Though I still feel some discomfort in my back, I can pretty much move normally and haven't had to stop and hunch myself over to try to "reset" whatever was about to hurt like hell. Dr. DeJana was very personable. She's young, energetic, and anxious to educate her patients. She cares about what she's doing and making sure that her clients leave the office feeling better than when they walked in. I don't know if I'll ever need a Chiropractor again (one would hope they never need one in their life), but if I should find myself in that position, I will seek Dr. DeJana out or at least try to find someone like her. Now, if only I could find a Primary doctor who actually treats me in a similar way. read more

I love all the therapists, Jamie, Lisa, Laurie, and I miss my buddy Tanya, she massaged me when I was in labor! The chiropractors are kind and thoughtful, they have to adjust me differently because I'm extremely flexible, but they don't mind the extra work. They have taken care of me for over 7 years and they do a fabulous job of it every time. Disappointed. Was not a welcoming environment/experience. I tried calling to discuss my benefits prior to my new patient exam and they ignored my concerns. When I stepped in the door, they shoved the new patient forms at me and said fill this out without the curtesy of saying HI or WELCOME. Dr. Megan is probably the most personable doctor I have ever visited. She remembered me even though I hadn't visited her in a year and a half.
