This was the first time in my 65 years that I have had a massage. Leah was responsive to my condition that lead me there. And she was able to get my body feeling better. read more

Leah is awesome, she checks all the boxes. Great personality/energy. She listens carefully to your description of what's going on but also reads the body and adapts during the massage. She's extremely intuitive and has clearly mastered a very wide variety of technics. She focused on exactly what was going on for me, and after a couple of sessions, I was able to start moving and exercising again. The facility is spotless and modern; the location is convenient. Now that she's got me going, I'll definitely be back for regular tune-ups. read more

Leah is fantastic! The entire studio is very homey, I always feel warm and welcomed when I step inside. Every session she starts by asking if there is any where she needs to focus on and what intensity I'd like. I typically get the wellness message. Leah does a fantastic job of really taking care of the whole body I often leave feeling like I've woken up from a long deep sleep. The worst part is when she clicks off what I assume is the machine that either keeps the towels or maybe the lotion warm because I know the message is over. Leah is both a wonderful conversationalist and also can just let you relax and float away in the ambient music. Leah is truly a gift! read more

Leah is a fantastic masseuse. Her skills! I'm a bit sensitive about a few areas in my body. I felt very heard and cared for when she asked the questions and then really listened to me and followed through to give me a very good treatment. She also massaged my husband who was singing praises about his experience afterwards. She is very professional and really knows her business. He had a giant bump on the top of his shoulder - an injury from I can't remember what. It was like an acorn on top of his shoulder. But when he came back from his massage it was gone. He is very judicious when giving compliments and said "she really knows what she's doing!" He was really pleased and wants to go back, as do I! Go see Leah. You'll feel the healing power of the forest she brings with her. That might sound a bit weird but I felt like I was in the forest when being treated by her. You know that calm, deep, fresh-air feeling that comes from being in the forest. Enjoy! read more

Leah is a one of a kind massage therapist! She has deep intuition on how to work to get your body moving freely. I have lots of tension and chronic pain that make everything difficult. After my massage, I felt like I had a new body, a freedom of movement that I have not experienced in years. You feel wonderful during the massage and wonderful for days after. She's amazing. P.S. I recommend 90 min for your first one. read more

I am so thankful I was referred to Leah! She is such a joy and positive person. I always feel uplifted to and from her place. Aside from having a wonderful personality, she also possesses the magic touch. I have had a bad back in the past (especially being a hair dresser) but now that I'm seeing Leah regularly, life has been smooth sailing. I always leave her sessions so relaxed I'm practically cross eyed! I highly recommend booking with her:)) Thank you Leah! Your the best! You are the best! read more

I loved my massage with Leah. She held wonderful space for me on my birthday. I felt like I was in the warm river, moving with each movement of the massage. It was so incredibly relaxing and I loved the essential oils. The BEST surprise treat was the hot-wet-towel foot massage at the end. It was bliss. I left feeing grounded and relaxed. I'll be back again & highly recommend Leah to anyone wanting a magical massage. read more

Leah is wonderful at what she does. I have received 2 massages from her and they were by far the best massages I have ever had. She is very easy to talk to and provides great customer service. I emailed her on a Sunday morning after having some lingering neck pain to check her availability not thinking she would be able to see me that day. Within 30 minutes she had emailed me back and we scheduled a time for that day. I was so thankful that she took time out of her Sunday to accommodate me without any notice. She has a wonderful presence (a combination of strength, serenity and sensitivity) that made me feel at ease and is very in tune with the human body. The highlight of my massage was the way she would flow from the back to the neck and shoulder area, changing pressure along the way. After the massage I ended up buying a package of massages from Leah. Let me tell you, I have been offered many packages from spas, nail salons, etc. and have never signed up... until now. I didn't even hesitate, the experience was wonderful and I couldn't wait to go back! read more

From Many experiences over the last 25 years, this is one of the best MT massages I have experienced, ever. Currently, Leah is working diligently to keep my healing soft tissue from scaring after surgery. She is recommended by my Neurospine doctor for my healing post surgery. Also, she is helping me get back in the game of cycling and running. Very experienced massage therapist. read more

I have received two wonderful massages from Leah, the first one incredibly taking place in my own home. She is very professional and insightful. She made great postural recommendations that have helped me in the weeks following our last appointment. She's flexible with adjusting to what my body needs. Her touch is just right. The sounds, the fragrance, the warmth, the touch - it all gave me the perfect "massage-brain" that I only wish could last longer. I would definitely see her again! read more

Way beyond relaxing... I have been lucky enough to be massaged by great masseuses All Around the World in my travels. Leah session was one of the best I've had. Make sure to ask for the transformational touch therapy. Be prepared for a very relaxing experience read more

Leah first made an appearance in my life by reaching out to my elderly mother. Leah saw her waiting outside her office in the cold and inquired about whether she needed help. That's the kind of person Leah is! Her touch and sensing about areas that need attention are remarkable. I've had a lot of massage in my time and Leah ranks at the top!! Her rates are very reasonable too. read more

Thank goddess for Leah!!! We were in Big Sur for a beautiful girls getaway and were searching for a mobile massage therapist to come to the house we were staying in, which was perched overlooking the Pacific. Not only is she likely one of the top 3 best massages I've ever had in my life and believe me, I've had hundreds massages all over the world, she was also super intuitive to my needs. I had some serious neck and shoulder pain happening and she helped me work through it with both depth and gentleness, a combo that is difficult to achieve. I did not expect the emotional release that came unexpectedly but she tapped right in to some deeply stored grief that was lodged in my heart chakra and with care, helped to dislodge it and gave me a place to feel safe while I did it. Her kindness, warmth and experience are evident with every stroke or gentle cranial sacral rocking that helped with the release. You will definitely want at least 90 mins - 2 hours with this gifted healer. I will definitely be seeing her again to help me continue on my healing journey. Also, it should be noted that she lives on the other side of a bridge that is closed and hiked 1.2 miles each way to get to her car so she could get to us. Talk about going out of your way to be of service!!! She is a gift, look no further. Leah is a blessing. read more

I feel so grateful to have found Leah for prenatal massage. As a therapist it is increasingly difficult finding someone that really works with the body with such synergy. She is very intuitive and brings lovely awareness to me and my little one. Her space is safe, professional, and she uses the highest quality of lotions and essential oils. Well, I've used up all three massages in my package and my shoulder is feeling more mobile and the constant throbbing doesn't occur anymore and no more waking up in the middle of the night with the pain, so I'm very happy. Happy enough that I've booked a 1 1/2 hr massage with Leah next week so she has time to check if any other parts of me need some work. Since I first came to see her, Leah has been thinking up creative ways to reach the deep tissue where the knots are located in my shoulder. Even though she has thoroughly dug into the most painful parts of my shoulder, somehow I never feel sore the next day. I suppose part of that would be because she is receptive to feedback as to the level of pressure she is applying. For anyone looking for a relaxation massage, the office and the rooms are quiet, attractive and tranquil. Combine that with Leah's very soothing touch and her gentle personality and I think she can probably match some of the best 'spa' massages. If we can ever get through all the knots in my body, maybe I'll get to find out for sure, lol. Oh yeah, and they have their own parking lot around the corner from the office on Carmelito so you don't have to search for a parking spot, bonus! read more

I just moved to the area and was so fortunate to find Leah. She knows what she is doing and really finds the areas that need work. She also applies the right amount of pressure and understands the human body. I'm very picky when choosing a massage therapist and would recommend her to anyone! She's also certified in prenatal massage, so if you're pregnant, she's the best choice. read more

Wow. What a fantastic experience. Leah is extremely knowledgable in anatomy, and therefore able to truly pin-point problem areas. I suffer from sciatic pain that is sometimes so bad I can't even get out of bed. One session with Leah and I was feeling better, more relaxed, and also able to move in ways I wasn't able to the night before. I rebooked her immediately after the first session, can't wait to book again. read more

Leah was amazing. Her knowledge of anatomy and holistic approach were everything I needed to get over deep shoulder knots and neck pains. She adjusted pressure and asked if it was okay to touch specifically painful areas. I felt that she was in tune with my body. It was so worth it. I wish I lived closer to see her more often. read more

This review is definitely overdue! I started seeing Leah several months back when I was having shoulder and back pain that was, at times, making it impossible to do my job for more than 10 minutes at a time. Leah listened carefully and patiently as I described the pain, and carried that same level of care and patience into the massage. It was wonderful, got right at the source of the pain, and left me feeling so relieved and relaxed. I have continued seeing her every couple of months, and found that my shoulder pain decreases more and more each time, to the point where I hardly experience it at all anymore. I'm so grateful to have found Leah, and highly recommend her to anyone experiencing pain, tension, or just in need of a great massage! read more

I was already feeling tight and stiff before my trip from Los Angeles to Monterey so you can imagine the state of things after the drive! Feeling desperate for some relief after a restless night's sleep, I looked on Yelp and found Leah. I was trying to book a last-minute massage and Leah was very accommodating. I know she has a busy schedule so I'm not saying that she will always be able to make room for someone at short notice. I just mean that she was already looking out for me from the first phone call to the actual treatment. She took time to attentively listen to me about my issues and made me feel very comfortable. The massage was relaxing and nurturing and I felt so, so much better afterwards. I have some acute back and muscle issues so I'm usually not a fan of a massage that just relaxes in the moment. Leah had a gentle, form and informed touch that went beyond making me feel good during the treatment. My body really got the help it needed and I am sure the massage helped me endure the drive back down to LA in a way I couldn't have managed without Leah. Thank you! read more

I have had 1 too many horrible massages in Monterey, and then I met Leah. I found her on yelp (thanks to all you other yelpers!) and I was eager to get a massage the moment I spoke with her to schedule an apt. You can really tell that she cares about her clients and wants to make a difference. A person with great customer service is a gem in it's self these days. But, it doesn't stop there, Leah is a great massage therapist and knows how to find those tight/aching spots and knots on your body. She is also always learning new information and practices. Each session is little bit different, which is always a nice mix-up since she has the ability to get to those tender spots with various massage techniques. read more

Leah was recommended to me when I was having pain in my lower back and down my leg. She has been terrific in working with me to figure out where the tension spots were located and then being artful in relieving the pain and bringing me back to balance. I have had several massages now and each has been wonderful. Whether you have a specific issue you want addressed or need a comprehensive massage, you will not find a better professional than Leah. read more

Leah has come to my rescue many times. My profession puts quite a strain on my neck and shoulders. Try just one massage and you will see what I mean. read more

I was recently vacationing in California and decided to treat myself to a massage. I had no idea at the time what an experience it would be! I've had many, many massages over the years and it is rare to (?) randomly find someone with Leah's quality right off the bat. I was comfortable and at ease as soon as i met Leah. She is warm, welcoming and respectful. I could feel as soon as she began the massage that she was a master. Leah has a rhythm in her work that is rare. She is sensitive and tunes into the body intuitively. I noticed my breath begin to entrain with hers and all my tightness and stress released. The hour I spent with her was invaluable and there is no question that I will see her again when I'm in California. Leah is top notch and her work is magical! read more
