I know for a fact others have had similar experiences. I never said anything inappropriate or "out of line," and they fail to see a patient has the LEGAL RIGHT to ask any person to leave their room! You want to stalk my google profile and call out my other negative reviews to some other businesses "in the area" (which is extremely unprofessional and just another example of how disgusting and OUT OF LINE this company is) but I review MY experiences as it happened at any location. Please disregard all the positive reviews that I have left that greatly outweigh all of the negative, because just like you, EVERYONE else can see them too! (April) Terible, terrible, unprofessional experience. I know there are a few good employees here, but unfortunately, the bad employees outweigh the good. This company came to my work, and the gal who did my massage was fantastic. They convinced me to come to their office for a new patient complimentary exam and x-rays. I scheduled the appointment and a massage to follow. I show up early, fill out my paperwork, and for some reason, they weren't acknowledging my massage appt that followed, but I continued through the process. The office is crowded and very busy. Im called back, and the guy started going over the questions. I explained to him that this day had been stressful, and I was just feeling a bit overwhelmed with the process, but I was ready. He continued to shine light on my nervousness and just made me more uncomfortable and anxious, dwelling on whether I was okay even though I told him I was. He didn't know I had a massage appt scheduled right after, which again made me more nervous because Im feeling like this office isn't sure what I am here for. We get through the exam, no need for x-rays, and he asks me if I want chiropractic services today. We talked about my insurance briefly, and I know it's covered between the two, so I said yes. He puts me on this hydrolic bed that helps you stretch and bend. 3 mins go by, and he comes back and said one of my insurances is not active. I said, "That's not right. Please double-check." 3 more mins go by, and a chick comes in telling me I told them the wrong insurance, so they were searching the wrong database. I asked if she looked at my insurance card that they took a copy of because it states what my insurance is and that its the same insurance I told them it was which is NOT the insurance they were looking under. She copped an attitude with me while my face was smashed into a hydrolic bed thats currently bending my body in half repeatedly because she and her staff were looking in the wrong database for my insurance. I asked her to leave my room and to have someone else come in who can handle having an appropriate conversation with me about my insurance. What felt like another 5 mins went by, and no one has come in to check on me, and I am beyond done being in this hydrolic bed but strapped in so I cant get out of it myself and still have no idea whats happening with my insurance. The guy comes back with an attitude mad because I demanded to be let out of that bed. I told him my experience so far has been terrible. I told him I'm uncomfortable, and the lack of information about what's going on with this appointment or how it's being billed has me feeling uneasy. I told him I didnt like being trapped in that bed with no way to signal someone to let me out. He copped more attitude, accusing me of just simply being inconvenienced by the process and when I let him know that I will not be continuing anymore care during this appointment with him, he proceeded to then accuse me of saying something terrible to his staff member. Obviously, asking that staff member to leave my room and have someone else come talk to me about my insurance was absolutely terrible and not within my right as a patient, I suppose. "Patient Care" is not a term this office is familiar with. There seems to be a lot of low-level employees here with minimal experience, and it very much felt like a walmart version of a chiropractic office. I had high hopes, but honestly, with how commercial and cheap my experience was, I am not surprised I was offered the type of certificate I was for a "free exam and x-rays." I was in for a follow care session with Dr DePass and massage therapist, Nicole. They are helping with rotator cuff tendinitis. My shoulders were and are in pain. Dr DePass is aligning me. Nicole, my LMT, really did a great job in working out locked up tendons and knots to get rotation going for both shoulders. I rightly recommend their office. Awful, if you are a new patient go elsewhere! I can't speak to their doctor services, but their office / reception is pretty horrific. Be careful, apparently their site allows you to schedule for times that cannot be accommodated. After arriving, a kind receptionist tried helping me figure out what happened. We were quickly interrupted by what I assume was the office manager who sharply said "well I tried calling you." After reviewing my call log, turns out was only a couple hours before my appointment, the attempt was cut short, and they left no voicemail. When asked, they danced around the question and ultimately ended with "well we could have scheduled you earlier" and "well we are busy and the doctor is busy now." I called the next day to provide feedback on the belittling experience, I was gaslit and told they left a voice mail by the same individual who clearly didn't want my business the night before. The good news? We found ReNu Chiro down the street, who have been incredibly accommodating and personable. Even though Rhodes sounds like a good, private experience, they make new patients feel like they are at a run-of-the-mill franchise with little care for those who they haven't collected money yet. read more

From the time you walk in until the time you leave you are in good hands, literally. Liz is quite possibly the best "front" person you could have in the office. Smart, cheerful and always able to answer your questions, however difficult. 8 months ago my back went into a muscle spasm that kept me from leaving my bed for 3 days. After assistance from my son I was able to get up and into his car. As my former chiropractor had retired I tried my sons Doctor but he was not able to get the muscle to release. After several days of muscle relaxers and pain pills I was no better off. I finally went online and began looking for a new Chiro. I read hundreds of reviews, looked at several sites and photos. I kept coming back to Dr Rhodes site. There was something about the kindness I saw in his photo. I called, talked to Liz and was in the next day. He took X-rays, explained what was happening and we began a series of treatments. Within one week and 3 sessions I was able to stand straight with minimum pain. One last comment.
