I showed up and was told they didn't have time. I mentioned the appointment and she said no, there was no appointment. A separate time I was a walk in and was told they were busy and to come back in one hour. I came back in one hour and they said they couldn't see me at all. It seems that the business might have new management as the individuals are not the amazing folks that were there before. Don't waste your time and go somewhere where they can be reliable.

The staff and massage therapists were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. My therapist did a great job and I especially appreciated that she didn't hold back with the pressure. She really worked on my glutes and sore muscles, which I definitely needed after being so tight from the gym. The place was very clean, peaceful, and relaxing from the moment we walked in. It's also located in a plaza with plenty of parking, which made it easy to get in and out. Pricing is very reasonable too--$80 if you pay cash or $85 with a card. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff, skilled therapists, and a relaxing atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

I have been visiting here off and on for many years. But will no longer support this establishment…read more Overall you do get good massages here, and if you like deep pressure they'll do it. I can't say they really do different types like advertised, it's pretty much the same style no matter what. When they work, they do work hard. They have the typical issues you have at most ethnic, Thai/Chinese massage places -- Frequent stops during your session to answer phones or talk with walk-in customers, usually it's not too bad so I ignore it and it rarely effected the actual time given, sometimes losing a few minutes or sometimes they compensate. Rooms and bathroom are clean and well kept. They'll bring in a space heater if it's too cold. Easy parking, few spots out front with ramp, also on street, and more spots behind the building. Pricing is average for either an hour or hour and a half sessions. I always tip well, usually 40%-50%, which by most standards is generous. In previous sessions I had never been pressured or asked for more tip money (common with these small run establishments). I usually worked with Lisa and she was always pleasant. Last time I worked with Emily, she did work hard and gave a deep massage but there were two issues which really made the place look bad and poorly run. First - after about 20 minutes into our session she asked if I'd wait while she went and worked with a returning customer. What... who does this !?! I reluctantly agreed, what else was I going to do. So she leaves for 40 minutes, ugggh! She did make up for the time loss, so I just ignored it. Second - Despite the long break and few other stops to do whatever I did receive a decent massage. On my way out I tipped the usual. She looked at the cash and rolled her eyes and said "is this all?" while motioning she wanted more. I actually didn't have much more money on me, but I gave her another ten and she continued to roll her eyes and sigh that it wasn't enough! So I'm done. I've had enough of this place. She really showed an ugly side to the business. Obviously the house doesn't pay or compensate them enough from the base rate, otherwise they wouldn't be so hung up on asking for tips way beyond acceptable. I understand that's where the bulk of their money comes from, but how much is enough?

For massage reviews, I feel that the first thing I need to mention was how long the massage was. I…read morecame in on time, waited for approximately ten minutes, and it started at 1:14pm. The massage ended at 2:10pm (which isn't too bad!). However, 56 minutes for a 1hr massage seems pretty on time until you take into consideration how many times the therapist left the room. After one of her excursions, I can hear a discussion between her and another customer who walked in where he asked if he could get a massage. She told him it wouldn't be much longer, proceeded to go back into the room and quickly rushed through the rest unlike before. I'm not going to lie, I was a little peeved at the end by the constant disruptions and she then asked me to sign and pointed at the place where a tip can be placed and asked for me to write it in and give a tip. All in all, I felt like I didn't get the time that I paid for. I'll update this review accordingly if I change my mind since I just left office and if others comment that this is a typical massage experience everywhere. Pros: -Friendly service -Provided water -Asked throughout massage whether it was comfortable Cons: -Left the room many times to do other business, talk to other customers, talk to other employees, etc. I stopped counting after 8 times -Price charged was different than what was told without letting me know. -Last ~20mins felt rushed -At the end of the massage, put me on the spot by asking for a tip
