I went to Noi massage because they are an in-network provider for my insurance. I was having back and neck issues and received 3 massages in an 8 day period at a cost of over $500. When paying for my last visit, I asked the receptionist if she could email a receipt in case I need it for insurance claim. She said she would. Two days later, I receive an email with the receipt from the CEO of the massage clinic. He let me know that he was doing me a favor and waiving the $10 fee to receive a receipt via email and the next time I would be charged. No charge for a printed receipt at time of payment but if you want an emailed receipt, it's $10. I let him know how ridiculous that is in our digital economy. I've never been charged for a receipt. He dug in over the $10 policy and he lost a new customer that was good for many more massages. Keep up the good work, Dave.
