I asked to reschedule, as a working single mom, yes I need to work hard to manage my schedule. When I called to reschedule the appointment, the receptionist is not even want to provide any availability of 2 weeks later. She said due to Memorial Day their schedule is full. Come on, you don't even open on Monday normally, how does the Monday holiday make that reason? I'm just very disappointed by the way they treat me as if they don't have any tolerance for rescheduling. the owner is blindly protect his receptionist. I don't want to even proof what he said wasn't the full truth. Just do the math, I called before 11 am. As he said "3 hours earlier and the receptionist was offering an early time". How did she offer me time during 11am - 2 pm when your office is off? Not a good treatment even I may be your "new patient"? Even more disappointed. read more

I can't speak for women, but nearly every man has experienced a time when you're doing or about to do something that you know might end up in pain or injury. Yet for some reason, you continue doing it. To make a long story short, it was one of those experiences that prompted my visit to Dr. Dave at Bethany Chiropractic. I've been to many chiropractors over the years as I've moved from place to place. Dr. Dave is right up there in the top 2 chiropractors I've ever seen. He took the time to listen to what caused the injury as well as my history of back issues. He let me know that his goal was to get me better is less than two weeks. I recently hurt my back REALLY bad. Like go to the ER, get X-rays, shots and pills just to be able to breathe through the pain type back pain. Worst part was the Chiropractor I would normally go to was taking a long overdue vacation and gone for the next two weeks! After going to 3 different Chiropractors in a week, I was starting to lose hope and patience. No one could get my lower back to move...at all. I am very muscular and the longer it went, the tighter my back was getting. I looked up Bethany Chiropractic and they were able to fit me in within an hour. That's when I met Dr. Adam Morett. Just by the questions he was asking me I knew he was knowledgeable and I knew I had some hope. After 5 minutes, Adam laid out a plan of attack and with 11 minutes he successfully adjusted my back. INSTANT RELIEF! I couldn't believe how much better I felt. Adam gave me a could stretches and movements to do on my own and asked me to come back in a couple days. Within 2 days, all muscle soreness was gone and my back felt as solid as ever. The follow up appointment was great as well, with more exercises to do on my own and a clean bill of health. How many good things can I say about Dr Dave & his staff?! I can't remember how I found Dr Dave, but I went to him a few years ago dealing with post-childbirth sciatica exacerbated by my intense running schedule. He gave me some jaw-cracking adjustments, along with a sleep-inducing heat pad - and I didn't have to see him again until I twisted my hip on a long run. When I was going through some severe headache pain due to TMJ, Dr Dave saw me 3x in a week and was able to save me from having to take serious medication. I recommended him to my husband, who has chronic back issues (posture & genetics) and to my running partner who also has severe back issues. We all agree Dr Dave is, hands-down, the best chiro ever. In addition to his clinical abilities, Dr Dave is a very warm & personable person. His staff is attentive, friendly, remembers your name and is always willing to help. First time to a chiropractor, it was a good experience. Dr. Dave was to the point. And he was able to do some adjustments which helped me out a lot. It's been about three weeks since my first visit and since then to now I have less back pain. The lower back adjustment seemed to do the most benefit. I am able to do pull-ups without back pain and also perform more types of ab exercises. I will go back as needed. I still use a back roller daily which also helps a lot.
