Dr. Underhill identified the root causes of my back and neck issues and prescribed a special pillow, a simple home traction device and exercises to complement adjustments. I feel very fortunate that I found 180 Chiropractic and Dr. Mike Underhill. His use of Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) is allowing me to keep working with minimal discomfort and full mobility. Unlike traditional chiropractic care, which often provides temporary relief for symptoms like pain, CBP is designed to address the underlying structural issues for long-term correction and overall health improvement.  A few years ago before I started this special therapy, I thought that I either would have to retire early or go to very limited part time. I definitely recommend 180° Chiropractic! A wonderful business full of good people who do honest work. One thing I really like about 180° Chiropractic is the amount of information they give you. I had the highlight experience with Dr.Mike explaining what was going on with my body from very scientific and factual based evidence to prove why having the proper posture of your spine and neck impacts heavily to your everyday strain on the body. I wasn't able to raise my arm to a certain level and kinda accepted the new 'reality' of the situation until I stopped by 180 and was told that this isn't something I need to accept and settle for. The adjuments and exercises are all endurable. Definitely, not comfortable but certainly doable. Highly, recommend you stop by for a visit. My friend referred me to this office. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The wait was minimal and it was the doctor that came out , introduced himself and proceeded to give me a tour. They have state of the art equipment, they offer manual adjustment plus contractions and there is a massage therapist in-house. I am new to Oregon and my sister recommended Dr. Underhill 180 chiropractic for be strong for life program, which helps out strengthen core, bone density and balance. I also had some knee problems and Dr. Underhill recommended laser therapy which has helped with the pain and inflammation in my both knees. The staff is very friendly and professional and very flexible when i need to reschedule or cancel appointments. Dr. Underhill has a lot of supplements and homeopathic products, and he is very knowledgeable too. They also have a massage therapist that is great for deep tissue massage and other types too. I scheduled a massage and an adjustment, waited all week for my appointment. When I showed up I answer a million questions and they did a bunch of random "tests" that after an hour they just told me my issue was my lower back.. which is what I said the first 10 seconds and did not need to do a bunch of fancy tests for which I am convinced are all bs anyway, after all that I did not even receive my massage which is all I wanted and the only thing that gives me relief. And when I mentioned it before leaving they just told me I needed to Schedule more tests before I can get a massage. Unbelievable, what happened to just listening to the customer. I have seen Dr Underhill since April of this year. . After 4 years of muscle spasms in the thoracic area of my back, I learned of Scolio Brace and Dr Mike. The staff at 180 Chiropractic are professional and caring, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr Underhill is excellent in reviewing information about bracing and ready to answer any questions. Since receiving my brace, I have needed a number of small revisions over the last months and Dr Mike is always helpful in determining a solution. Bracing is a big step and requires patience and persistence. I now have several weeks mostly pain free. I continue to increase time wearing the brace. I highly recommend this team for chiropractic care. After having gone to several other clinics with minimal results, I came here. They have cutting edge technology and many years of clinical experience. That's nice, but finally seeing real resolutions to my internal and spinal issues was a relief. I've been to several chiropractic centers over the years, but never felt like they did much for my overall pain or functionality. This office and its staff has taken me from barley being able to go a day without pain to literally pain free. It has taken 8 months, but worth every appointment. After falling down the stairs and living with debilitating headaches and the inability to grasp a full cup of coffee for a year you would pretty much do anything to be pain free, but they really take the time to explain to you what YOUR treatment plan is, making sure YOU have a say while still guiding you (at your own pace) down the path to healing. Although I haven't tried every service they have, the ones I've had are wonderfully helpful and the convenience of it all is such a plus for my busy schedule.. Need x-rays, got it...like, right now, down the hall. Massage, you bet. Acupuncture, (not my cup of tea mainly because I don't like needles [in my tea]) but in all seriousness, it's available should I ever want to try it. A one stop shop for healing! I would (and do) recommend this office, the doctors, and staff to anyone living with pain. You don't have to fill your coffee cup only half full so you can grab it, or take days off/miss events because of your pain! Take the chance on these doctors. You won't regret it! read more

Called up to make an appointment and it did not work. I just moved to the area I'm looking for a Chiropractor. i called 180 to make an appointment and the first question was what is your insurance. I asked to made the appointment first and we could discuss insurance when I get to the office. I informed the assistant that I'm a first time patient and asked if I could come in now . the reply was you can only come in on Tue. of Thur at 10:45 or 1:45. I explained to her that I work and those times are not good for me. 180's reply was that we only take new clients on those times. 1. I was put on hold 2. My thoughts are: I'm the client you are there for my benefit I'm not there for yours. 3. Be more concerned about what my needs are, Payment can be discussed at time of appointment. 4.Treat new patients better contrary to what you may think we are what keeps you in business, from what I just experienced you need to remember that. read more

A couple years ago I was seen at this place after a car accident and needless to say I was left worse after the chiropractor mal-adjusted my neck leaving me unable to turn it for a few days without having intense sharp and well defined pain along my cervical nerve. The chiropractor spent more time on the phone with his lawyer (a litigation case I presumed) on various visits than with his patients; allowing his staff to run the show while he talked behind closed doors. He also tried to feed me the whole "everybody benefits from fish oil" talk just so he could make me buy out of pocket for his supplements. Don't fall for it! This place is about the money and every smile they give you comes at a price. Do yourself a favor, run, run far away! This place won't heal you they are in it for the money.
