I regret paying in cash because had I paid with my debit card I could've challenged the charge. I don't think I've ever encountered a medical business run more unprofessionally before. No one ever answers the phone. No one returns calls. No one emails. They don't care at all about customer service. They just take your money.

I used to like this particular lab location before Labcorp took over. Now it is pants! I'll find somewhere else to get any labs done in the future. Very poor company overall and very poor service.

Our daughter had never had a successful blood draw without being under anesthesia before. Gentle Touch Mobile Phlebotomy came to our daughter's home and worked patiently with her walking her through the steps with the support of her caregivers for her first ever successful blood draw at 32. The last time she had a blood draw was five years ago under anesthesia at OHSU during a dental procedure. This was a HUGE milestone for Jenna and it went so smoothly! I can't explain what a tremendous achievement this was for her! Her wonderful caregivers worked so hard to prepared her and supported her for this big event in her life.
