Our daughter had never had a successful blood draw without being under anesthesia before. Gentle Touch Mobile Phlebotomy came to our daughter's home and worked patiently with her walking her through the steps with the support of her caregivers for her first ever successful blood draw at 32. The last time she had a blood draw was five years ago under anesthesia at OHSU during a dental procedure. This was a HUGE milestone for Jenna and it went so smoothly! I can't explain what a tremendous achievement this was for her! Her wonderful caregivers worked so hard to prepared her and supported her for this big event in her life. Gentle Touch Mobile Phlebotomy was very prepared, kind, worked with Jenna at her own pace and level explaining what was happening with tremendous patience and kindness. This time just for a drug test since my husband and I are both travel nurses but last time we had to get quantumferon blood draws and he was great with the needle! I appreciate his hand hygiene and cleanliness. I have watched people get rude with him because they failed to make an appointment, but Norm always keeps his composure and tries to get with people as quickly as he possibly can.
