When I asked how I could make an appointment so I would not have to wait as a walk in I was told to call. I asked for the number and was told to "Google it."

I did the tele visit in January and the operator insisted I pay more than my usual co pay, which I agreed to because I was sick and needed to see someone. Next issue from the week prior was my wife's visit. She paid in person yet is still receiving notices that she has an open balance. Typically if you have an open balance for more than two months you get sent to collections. This is my biggest concern. We went in person to show our receipts to the receptionist, Jolene, who seemed very helpful. She told us someone would be giving us a call in the next day or two. The people were very friendly when my wife went to urgent care, but having these billing issues still unresolved two months later is unacceptable. I can still recommend going to get decent care here but if this isn't resolved and we are incorrectly sent to collections, this will easily slip into nightmare territory. Nobody wants to go in for a drug test but it's a necessary part of most pre employment qualifications. This has been the best experience I've had so far. I would say I was in the building for a maximum of 6 minutes. I don't know who I'd recommend a drug screen place to but it would be advanced diagnostics services that I would recommend.
