I was there last month and my wife helped several older people book in, as they couldn't make head nor tail of how to book in electronically. I used to like this particular lab location before Labcorp took over. Now it is pants! I'll find somewhere else to get any labs done in the future. Very poor company overall and very poor service.

This time just for a drug test since my husband and I are both travel nurses but last time we had to get quantumferon blood draws and he was great with the needle! I appreciate his hand hygiene and cleanliness. I have watched people get rude with him because they failed to make an appointment, but Norm always keeps his composure and tries to get with people as quickly as he possibly can. We are thankful, yet again for a easy and great experience here thanks to Norm!

Her immediate response was "It never takes 10 seconds" in a real snarky tone. I was absolutely shocked at her rudeness. Needless to say she didn't help me at all and had attitude during our brief interaction. I wound up going to their Portland location to get my lab work done by the extremely polite staff there. Clearly Michelle was having a bad day or miserable with her life/job but WOW I wouldn't want her representing my company.

Then as this dog climbing into my lap, he tells me he's a rescue. Don't touch his head. Now I realize this thing could bite me. He sniffs all over my pant legs and my gear like he's gonna mark me the whole time I'm there. Jumping into my lap and won't get down. I give him the paperwork and he asks if I want water, I say yes. He types for about 2 minutes then says ok let's go. You just gave me water... I'm not ready. He tells me I have 5 minutes to produce a sample and I should have come ready. I came ready, with all my paperwork, but not with a bladder about to explode assuming I'll be next in line upon arrival. He gets mad because I can't go yet and says he has to do the paperwork alllll over again (took 2 mins). Then he proceeds to sit there and watch friends on his phone while his dog jumps all over me. So unprofessional. But then it gets worse... After I produce my sample and I'm very polite to this man. I go outside and start putting my gear on to hop on my motorcycle. He rips the door open and comes outside and says "worst labs ever huh?" And ask me to explain why I posted the review. I told him it was not a good experience and he can read the review when it post. He asked me to explain. I tell him about my experience. He gets visually upset tells me to go F myself and enjoy my life. as I'm getting on my motorcycle to ride away, I hear the door open behind me as he screaming something at me as I pull out of the parking lot. Keep in mind. I'm on a motorcycle with a helmet on. The whole parking lot heard whatever he said. I have no doubt he went back inside and tried to alter my test results. If I come back with a positive result, I will be getting an attorney. This was the most unprofessional hostile experience I've ever had in my life testing facility. Avoid this place at all costs until this temperamental man and his dog are removed from the premises.

I regret paying in cash because had I paid with my debit card I could've challenged the charge. I don't think I've ever encountered a medical business run more unprofessionally before. No one ever answers the phone. No one returns calls. No one emails. They don't care at all about customer service. They just take your money.

I dont think at home std testing is for me. I got blood on the consent form. Sorry nice nurse lady. I would only do this again if the price of the test was significantly lower than just paying for a professional to do it.
