This time just for a drug test since my husband and I are both travel nurses but last time we had to get quantumferon blood draws and he was great with the needle! I appreciate his hand hygiene and cleanliness. I have watched people get rude with him because they failed to make an appointment, but Norm always keeps his composure and tries to get with people as quickly as he possibly can. We are thankful, yet again for a easy and great experience here thanks to Norm!

Bruised arm and knicked arm when he removed the needle. Billing is horrible. They bill you a seperate bill for each lab test drawn on the SAME day. Two and half weeks after they cashed my check they continued to send me bills to my email and home address. I had already paid them the bills they continued to send me. When I asked how I could make an appointment so I would not have to wait as a walk in I was told to call. I asked for the number and was told to "Google it."

Nobody wants to go in for a drug test but it's a necessary part of most pre employment qualifications. This has been the best experience I've had so far. The woman on the phone explained what was needed and gave me recommendations on what to make sure was included and how to provide the samples. Dropping them off was a snap and my results arrived by email later in the day. I was a little worried about whether my samples would make it that day since there were a lot in the queue. A work invoice was sent by email after the results and was a quick and easy way to pay (through Quickbooks). There are several different turnaround windows you can opt for, the quickest is naturally the most expensive (~47$ at this writing). Same day samples have to be received by 2pm that day for processing.

I looked at my daughter and said forget it we will go to the emergency room and we walked out. Disgusting behavior from an 'urgent care' that says you accept walk ins. Having to go to the emergency room cost me a 400 copay. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves.
