Poor customer service, lack of empathy, and lack of any kind of common sense and kindness.

The education and quality of students who perform massages is truly exceptions. I have been going…read moreweekly for over 6 months. Each of the 6 different students is using a process taught in their education. I would highly recommend these folks. To thank you for allowing their students to perform these exceptional massages, they reduce their fee to $35 for 60 minutes. They ask for feedback! I have given out countless A pluses, including to Travis and Suzanne -- who are exceptional in Instruction and student accountability. I strongly encourage everyone to try them out! Ralph S. She's the best prenatal and postpartum therapist hands down. She's just the best massage therapist and also affordable. I've been to. She's able to identify the problem areas causing my back and sacrum to flair up. She gets to everything and I always leave feeling like I had the longest, most thorough massage. I followed her here from Breathe Yoga and Massage - she's one of the instructors but still sees clients here. She's super warm and you can't tell she knows what she's doing. * This place is still new and I think you have to book via email or phone still, but just call and ask for Suzanne. Also the online photos look like it's a student room with a bunch of tables, but that's the photos of the classroom I guess.

When I had my baby girl I struggled at feeding my daughter at the hospital. The nurses would come in and help me, but really they just would shove my boob in her mouth and she would eat, but my nipples were in so much pain. When I went and saw the Lactation nurse at the hospital she said everything was fine and that my nipples were fine and that the latch was great, but it didn't feel great. When I went to another care provider of mine they saw how damaged my nipple was when they were examining me and called Martha right away. Martha drove over and got me a nipple shield and showed me how to use it and set up an appointment with me right away. And using that nipple shield helped so much! The first time I put it on so much relief. I didn't even realize how much pain I was in because I just thought it was normal because I was a first time mom. I knew nothing and I was told that it was fine. So from there on I've made appointments with Martha and she's helped me so much and my baby. She's so thorough in her appointments, She asked so many questions that I wouldn't even think of to ask. Which are good to know. to and to talk about. She writes everything down so after the appointment you can see your whole visit and remember what you guys talked about. She gives so much advice and learned honestly so much in the matter of time of that appointment and the appointments are very affordable. She's just awesome. I highly recommend it if you're struggling on your breast-feeding journey as a mom.

I want to say thank you so much to BFD. This was my first birth, my first experience using a Doula myself, and it saved me so much anxiety and made me feel like I wasn't left to fend for myself. We had Liz H. and she was GREAT. She was everything she said she would be. She was transparent, she was supportive, she was funny and made the stress of DAYS in the hospital 1000% times better. My partner and I will be having her join our adventure of the next baby next year!

She's an invaluable resource and provided wisdom, comfort, care, understanding, positivity, and enthusiasm as she guided us through pregnancy, labor, and delivery, and helping us answer postpartum questions. She was key in making a difficult labor and delivery (sunny-side up baby) actually joyful and peaceful. She was an MVP team player -- so much so, that our OB will keep Kathy's info at her office to continue referring to folks! A doula that can be bffs with a doctor is high praise :) We will always highly recommend Kathy to anyone we know! Thank you Kathy!
