My group was mainly with the instructor Adrienne, and Adrienne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. Now that I'm done with the course, I feel prepared for any situation that will require advanced cardiac life support. They were also very quick with getting me the e-card for ACLS; they said that it would take up to three business days to receive, but I received the email three hours after completing the class. I have never written a Yelp review before, but I had to give these people a good review because they were excellent and I actually enjoyed what I learned because they made it fun and interesting, and I could tell that they really knew their material well and have used it in their work as paramedics. I took my BLS from PCC, but I would recommend Cascade over PCC hands down.

There are plenty of massage tables for every couple with different heights. The instructions were quite brief and basic. Definitely utilize asking questions if you missed anything, that's what the class is all about. You want to come home knowing that you mastered what you learned. We both really enjoyed the sessions! There are sweet treats after each session Overall, it's a great excuse/reason to spend quality time together and to be able to give each other full body massages. Tips: 1. Park in the parking garage near Pioneer Square 2. Wear clothes that you can easily take off under the cover sheets 3. Take advantage of online deals

From 50 ft away I could hear her from the first word she spoke as she approached the kids, she was brash, short, unprofessional and intimidating towards the kids. Her entire tone and approach screamed authoritative and controlling. Glad I walked over and defended the kids and I'm not one bit surprised that she docked up and got right in my face and proceeded to scream at me and demand I get off the dock that she personally purchased and owns.... Then told me I needed to hand over my drivers license and fishing license to her.... A real class act. Pacific University needs to reprimand Claire Ratcliffe, as she yelled her alleged name into my face after telling her to have a blessed night and stop engaging with me or the kids, and get her HR trained ASAP!!! She's a massive risk to the University and I'm surprised she's staff at a campus that promotes the preservation of growth and intelligence in our youth and their future but also megaphones and bullies little kids.... Incredibly inappropriate, unkind and honestly down right dangerous... she's gonna get someone hurt by not properly knowing how to communicate to the public why the rowing team needs first rights to the rec dock. Professionalism and communication is the opposite of what she showed to those random kids, then me once I approached.
