I had a terrible experience with Nomad Consulting and cannot recommend this business to anyone…read more I completed both the online and in-person portions of the Adult/Child/Infant CPR course. Due to a technical issue with the Red Cross system not recognizing my e-learning certificate properly, I did not immediately receive my certification. Instead of helping resolve the issue or guiding me through the proper steps, the owner was incredibly unorganized, dismissive, and accusatory. He admitted to letting me into the class without verifying my e-learning status -- a mistake on his part -- but then turned around and blamed me when the system didn't immediately reflect my completion. He claimed the certificate I submitted "looked doctored" (a completely false and offensive accusation), and dismissed my attempts to clarify or provide proof. He offered no real support, gave unclear and delayed communication, and made the situation far more stressful than it needed to be. I had zero empathy or accountability from the business owner. I have since contacted the Red Cross directly, where I was treated with far more professionalism and respect -- and confirmed that I did in fact complete the e-learning portion as required. This business was disorganized, condescending, and unprofessional. I strongly recommend seeking CPR certification elsewhere.

This provider is a short walk from Trimet in the Gateway area. They provided snacks, coffee, tea and water as well as cushioned chairs. My trainer today was Tim and he did a great job keeping things engaging and fun while providing feedback. Tim is an excellent trainer as he really understands the material and which pieces are the most important to understand and remember in a crisis situation. He met us where we were at, always polite and respectful and taking time to get to know us a bit. I highly recommend taking training here and I hope to return in the future!

She has fallen in love with her "school" here, from Amy, "Hamed", and Sugar, to all of her sweet friends (of various ages). Our daughter's speech and independence has grown so much in the last six months. Amy and Mohamed have recently even helped us start potty training, which is going wonderfully (only using diapers at night now, and very few accidents during the day). We feel very fortunate to have found a great second home for our little girl.
